Bartleby/Donruss

A Story by Abishai100
"

A vignette/snapshot of civilization-bureaucracy 'fury' from a servant of modernism, Bartleby, challenging 'data' with Donruss.

"
A civilization synopsis on sociolinguistic consciousness, inspired loosely by Oleanna. Thanks for reading,

Bartleby was a self-made modern-day real-life pirate (in the cyber-world of securities in Western civilization) and was a collector of iconic Donruss American baseball-cards.

BARTLEBY: My collection reflects/re-presents American iconography about baseball's traffic-sensitivity!

Bartleby won a major youth-fanzine award for his work with 'toys' iconography in modern American consumerism, and he'd received the curried happiness of the 'officials' of aesthetics-dialogue!

BARTLEBY: I attribute my 'self-made fame' to the 'laurels' of Western canon regarding outright consumerism artistry!

Would Bartleby challenge the might of the Empire with his iconic Donruss cards-collection, perhaps something to bestow as an inheritance to his son? Would he opt the farmer-life of home-land securities destiny? It was all up to the 'duke' Bartleby!
