Water-Graffiti

A super-human named 'Hydro-Man' uses a new art-medium called water-graffiti to spread a notion of 'destiny' activism in troubled world cities!

An homage to 'classic' demo social activism storytelling, inspired loosely by Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?

Hydro-Man, a super-being composed entirely of shape-shifting water molecules, wanted to spread the urban message in Western civilization about the dilemma of using art/creativity to combat terrorism and modern crime. He wanted to create social youth-centers in troubled areas in the West like Belfast and Los Angeles which had been plagued by sectarian violence and youth-gang crimes/riots in modern times. After all, there was a modern 'instinct' to re-create forms of angst through violence and rebelliousness, culminating in bizarre youth-gang/clan rituals called 'Purges' designed to 'sanctify' violence and anarchy. Hydro-Man made himself appear like a regular patriot, a North American (USA) citizen schoolteacher working in Boston (New England) in inter-religious social activity centers to inspire young students (of all backgrounds!) to create special forms of what he called 'water-graffiti' (water-colors or water with splash dye colors and then used to create abstract works of paper-canvas painted images of strange forms or body postures).
