Inspector Gadget, adopted-CalTech daughter Penny, and dog-ally Brain traveled from the great USA to Sierra Leone to investigate blood-diamond piracy activity schemed by the evil Dr. Claw (enemy of capitalism!).

INSPECTOR GADGET: I'm certain Claw's hiding his pirate-gems in those Sierra Leone mines!
PENNY: We'll take instant Polaroids from an airwolf-copter for South African journalists, Uncle.

BRAIN: Woof! Woof!

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the world-diamond exchange and makes for terrorism woe!

DR. CLAW: No killer-whale helicopter-transport Gadget's drawn for mid-air photos will deter my scheme to make gems piracy.

Dr. Claw, man of Harvard (New England), blood-diamond angst, world sins, and rogue terrorism is untied to any worthy political cause whatsoever. However, he's got a dashing suit-wardrobe (Italian/German) and has a mecha-hook claw for a hand after a mine-accident involving a terrorist from Belfast.

DR. CLAW: We'll see if Gadget predicts my Sierra Leone mine controls while deterring my bomb-strike on Valencia (soccer)!

INSPECTOR GADGET: There's plenty of patriot-Polska fans at the Valencia game, tied to diamond-merchandising!
PENNY: Me thinks the evil Claw will strike fear into the hearts of those many splendid Euro-soccer fans, Uncle.
