Isha and her child Danica lived alone in Chicago (USA) and were walking home one night through a city alley after a movie-showing when fate changed life forever for the two in this iconic American place.

Now, Isha was married for 2 years, to a Chicago architect named Stephen who cheated on her (with her best-friend!), forcing a divorce even after the birth of their first child (Danica), forcing Isha to now live in Chicago as a single-mom.

The change-in-fate in Chicago (USA) involving Isha/Danica was tied a nice dutiful Chicago policeman named Amlan Satan, a nerdy/affable man-of-service for about 3 years, working in the CPD (Chicago Police Department) as a fresh policeman/detective who'd been tracking a terrible 'Windy City' serial-killer named Night-Slasher. Office Satan was considered one of the nicest and most courageous Chicago cops the city-force had seen!

AMLAN SATAN: I love working as a cop; I like protecting people; I like serving this great 'Windy City' and want to help Isha!

Now, this evil serial-killer in the iconic 'Windy-City' known as the Night-Slasher wielded a horrible curvy hand-blade, which he wielded quite liberally in his ritualistic decapitations of hapless young victims in Chicago (USA). The Night-Slasher had 'marked' Isha/Danica after seeing them walk out of the Chicago movie-theater that one night and stalked them and followed them into the alley.

OFFICER SATAN: Looks like we're not alone in this Windy City alley-way, Night-Slasher.
NIGHT-SLASHER: What you think you see or found, mister pig?
OFFICER SATAN: I'm not just a Windy-City pig, man, but also a friend of the meek!
NIGHT-SLASHER: You wish to help this young single-mom and her child, eh?
OFFICER SATAN: I 'seek' to put you into incarceration...the world will thank me.
NIGHT-SLASHER: I guess!
OFFICER SATAN: It's time to go home, Night-Slasher --- to jail.
NIGHT-SLASHER: All I have is a knife, mister pig-cop; you have your handy-dandy pistol, eh?
OFFICER SATAN: That's right!
NIGHT-SLASHER: I suppose this single-mom and her child have found their Savior tonight, eh?
OFFICER SATAN: That's right?
NIGHT-SLASHER: I'm not going to spend 3 months in jail, mister pig.
OFFICER SATAN: Yes, you will.
NIGHT-SLASHER: This alley has changed us both, mister pig...forever.

That fateful night, the dashing/valiant Chicago policeman Amlan Satan arrested the evil Night-Slasher and sent him to the Windy City prison-house for eventual/ensuing trial-process! Afterwards, the valiant Officer Satan took Isha/Danica to his own Chicago cop-apartment where he helped them relax after their traumatic-trying life-rescue. Isha told Amlan she didn't feel she'd feel brave alone with Danica in their lone apartment that night. So, Amlan invited Isha/Danica to stay with him in his bachelor's apartment in Chicago for the next 3 months, to get over the trauma of the Night-Slasher escape!

ISHA: You were so perfect that night in the alley, Amlan.
AMLAN: All I am is a policeman, really!
ISHA: You're really perfect!
AMLAN: Hey, thanks.
ISHA: I dunno what would've happened to Danica and me.
AMLAN: That psycho would've bloody murdered you both, Isha!
ISHA: Yeah.
AMLAN: So, you're free to live here with me until you feel better.
ISHA: Thank you so much, Amlan.
AMLAN: You're a really nice lady, Isha...and quite beautiful.
ISHA: I'm falling in love with you, Officer Satan.
AMLAN: Hey, that's natural...hey, I got us great microwave mac-n-cheese!
ISHA: Cool.
AMLAN: Maybe we'll get married.
ISHA: Wouldn't that be neat?
AMLAN: That evil psycho did suggest our lives changed forever in that alley that night.

Amlan/Isha married and he took her to the Chicago movie-theater every month where they enjoyed nice movies, drama, crime-stories, romance, adventure, comedy, horror. They forgot about the Night-Slasher as Amlan helped Isha raise her daughter Danica. Isha forgot about her failed/terrible marriage involving adultery, and Amlan started putting behind him the evil memory of the Night-Slasher. This became an eventual ironic Windy City 'movie-theater' date!

ISHA: Our wedding-album is perfect, Officer Satan!
AMLAN: Yeah, we had a really nice wedding, and all my friends were there.

ISHA: My mom told me it was a Windy City height-mark.

This is a Chicago folk-tale about discovered love in a time of great city drama and news-paranoia. It's a story about romance in a time of danger...and American worry.
