9/11: Turbo-Man!A Story by Abishai100Will a special new robot-toy restore consumerism sanity in the United States after the horror of 9/11, thanks to a sibling-pair of shopping-execs?

==== I've been working as a marketing exec for the special new East Coast shopping-center with my sister Halim for several years after we moved to the United States (America!) from Algeria. ![]() Halim and I are exec-experts of this new era of consumerism-convenience imagination/consciousness, and we're both preparing a special 'nerdist' TV ad-campaign for a new provocative robot-toy called Turbo-Man (in Japan it's called 'Cyclonus/Cyclonaus'). ![]() Now, Halim and I are both intrigued by the 'face' and quality of modern capitalism/commerce, and we're preparing for this Turbo-Man hyped consumerism-Xmas season, since it's the 'elevation/lift' past the real Coronavirus-tribulation, which has everyone chatting about the nature of optimism in the West! ![]() HALIM: This new East Coast shopping-center is immaculate, and very traffic-friendly and open for Xmas-shopping spirits! ![]() It's true, this is an ideal center for capitalism, and we're both daydreaming about the kind of money which will accent post-9/11 capitalism optimism for the Xmas season, which is why this brand-newly designed shopping-center typifies a special Western sensibility of aesthetics of commercial vanities! ![]() HALIM: All kids around the nation/society are cheering for Xmas Turbo-Man, and they're literally running. ![]() Now, this special 'Turbo-Man' robot toy (it's called 'Cyclonus/Cyclonaus' in Japan) is a real gem of an Xmas gift for kids in the United States (America!). It's sleek, unusual, diabolical, nerdy, strange, and exciting, and it's a stealthy robot-warrior first-knight 'avatar' who transforms mechanically (easily) into a laser jet-fighter. It's a real treasure for the modern consumer and his/her kids eager for a robot-toy re-presenting Western action-adventure! ![]() HALIM: Since 9/11, the world's been 'on-edge' about commercial securities and commercials, and we're eager for Turbo-Man. ![]() There's been many terrific/fantastic action-figures and dolls, male and female versions, over the years for Xmas-shopping, inspired by many action-adventure comics/cartoons, such as GI Joe and Mortal Kombat. In fact, two particular 'unusual' female action-characters ('avatars') who'd been great toys for shopping seasons have been Mara (GI Joe) and Kitana (Mortal Kombat). Mara's a 'mermaid' of antiterrorism ideals. ![]() Kitana (Mortal Kombat), on the other hand, is a special blade-fan wielding 'warrior-princess' of outstanding courage and defiance, and she represents great rhetoric regarding the access to fantasy-adventure storytelling. She was as popular as Mara herself before Turbo-Man 'burst' onto the shopping/toy-consumerism 'scene' in the United States (America!). ![]() HALIM: There's no 'good' figure to under-value the spirit(s) behind consumerism-season action-adventure figures/dolls! ![]() Perhaps Turbo-Man will heal the scars of post-9/11 Xmas-season shopping spirit(s) paranoia, and perhaps this will be how Halim (my sister!) and I will make this new Eastern shopping-center a 'resurrection' of Western idealism behind capitalism securities for the United States. ![]() HALIM: My brother always watches the Lions Thanksgiving game on TV during the shopping-season and adores football. ![]() Will the commercial richness of 'Turbo-Man' resurrect the spirit of Xmas-shopping in this post-9/11 era in the West? Will Turbo-Man become the male version of Barbie? Will capitalism be restored in face/quality because of the everyday consumer/shopper? "Just ask the consumers' kids!", right? ![]() TURBO-MAN: Have no fear (Mara/Kitana), for Xmas-shopping will be special for 'demo' kids around the United States. ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2022 Abishai100 |
