Haddonfield Heights

Haddonfield Heights

A Story by Abishai100
"

A tale of 'unordinary' life in America, with some 'twist' of action, decision, and photography.

"
An American elegy, inspired loosely by American Psycho (Christian Bale).

Haddonfield (NJ/USA) is a place of great suburban shopping, seasonal traffic, and quaint and idyllic layout/design, and it's where many people find a place to call home while coordinating their busy or organized American lives as teachers, officers, businessfolk, etc.

Amlan Satan moved from Sturbridge Woods to Haddonfield and began work as a boarding-school mission teacher, and the school he works at, modeled after some Montessori philosophies, is called ActiVision.

SATAN: My pupils range in age from 8-16, and they like Haddonfield during the winter-season when snow affords sleds.

All's not well in Paradise City, however, as a new man in town, a true 'stranger' to American life, has donned a peculiar/unforgettable rabbit-mask and prowls around Haddonfield as a deformed but handsome serial-killer, having killed 4 policemen already and threatening to target schoolteachers.

SATAN: I'm busy coordinating an ActiVision sports-media education program with a Mexican soccer-club team for students.

Now, this Mexican Monterrey club-soccer team is very hot and chic and quite popular in Mexico and boasts incredibly gorgeous uniformed cheerleaders, but our 'stranger' (the man in the rabbit-mask whom Satan calls 'Bugs') is now threatening these lovely-ladies of soccer-sport (since they're 'officially' connected/tied to Satan's ActiVision school-program in Haddonfield!).

SATAN: I spotted 'Bugs' while driving to Sturbridge to pick up my Apple (in my Saab 9-3) and shot him with my Beretta.

Satan now wonders if he should've 'shot' this serial-killer 'Bugs' with his daughter's handy instax-Camera instead of his handy-dandy Beretta handgun, but life's full of regrets (isn't it?), which is why we need the art of photos --- to help us 'forget' the scars of realism.

SATAN: I bought my wife an outstanding Wood-Sum vintage hand-camera, which we'll use to forget about Bugs.

HADDONFIELD HEIGHTS (Gazette): With Bugs dead and ActiVision soaring, is American life secure finally from darkness?
