The DARE program encouraged Americans/Westerners to think about the management of the modern drug/narcotics traffic problem and how it impacted youngsters and adults alike.

Many children were affected/impacted by the national narcotics-abuse dilemma, which had spread like a forest-fire. The use/abuse of narcotics among parents indirectly led to the neglect/detriment to children across the United States, making cemeteries more 'gray' to the illumination of social activism!

New age comic books presented avatars/storylines focusing on this new drug-abuse culture-problem and the routes to educational access and media-imagery markets for advocacy of social consciousness, distancing, and creative thinking. How'd the drug problem in America catalyze modern fears regarding urban degradation and moral apathy?

A nefarious 'crack-house' building in an inner-city (United States) became a hub-symbol of the modern moral problem of drug traffic and its infiltration(s) into everyday society and corrupted capitalism itself. Drugs had fueled economies of developing narcotics-export nations and was seeping into the street-juice of America's inner-cities, making 'crack-houses' like the mentioned building a 'Babel' advertisement!

A social activist/worker named Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) had been developing media-cyber advertising/messaging/networking schemes to promote the idea of children affected by the drug-problem as 'cherub-messengers' likened to the DARE program and hence 'muses' or messengers of social progress. Storm-Shadow was a man of James Bond like idealism or Robin Hood like daring, and he used cyber-advocacy strategy to promote ideas about the education of Americans in the role of youngsters in this cultural scar.

STORM-SHADOW: A youngster near a drug-problem circle in an inner-city is effectively an 'angel' or messenger of activism!

It's true; the drug-niche in America's inner-cities had fueled a special 'aesthetic' of coordinated urban darkness, and new era media dialogue could focus on the social 'seizures' of these urban communities for more forwarding of the social networking idea/message of controlled/organized doctoring.

STORM-SHADOW: We're circulating children's doctor-toy kits/sets in inner-cities for Xmas as an activism media-drive.

What this media-mission was to focus on was the notion that youth-participation in the drug-education national/cultural 'program' would catalyze and facilitate a more holistic approach to values-neglect and urban misgovernance in terms of street-economics reform policy talks between citizens/residents and local governors. The hope was to use images like children's cemeteries as 'spiritual reminders' of the highpoints of this cultural debate.

STORM-SHADOW: To continue to 'fertilize' the media-capitalism era of socialized markets, we're cleaning commercial dread!

This was nothing 'truly' new. The use of media in the advocacy of social values had been seen since the days of the media-broadcast Civil Rights Era. However, the modern time had to be more 'poignant' in the bonding of youth-education with the cultural drug problem, since we'd need to coordinate social media programs (cartoons, educational shows, etc.) with values-driven parent-child dialogue regarding the 'aesthetics' of inventive civilization diagrams!

STORM-SHADOW: The impacted youngster has become the official cultural 'angel' of the drug-problem and will be distanced!
