Inspector Gadget's sent to troubled Tijuana (Mexico), a borderland of great traffic and narcotics too.

INSPECTOR GADGET: I shall stop Dr. Evil in Tijuana with the help of Penny/Brain and use my 'nerdist' acumen for crime!

PENNY: My awesome 'Uncle Gadget' is a very brave police-detective, but he can't fight Dr. Evil without my help (or Brain's).

BRAIN (Dog): Woof!! Woof!! Woof!!

Now, we all know Inspector Gadget suffered a terrible injury while snowboarding in Switzerland, when one of Dr. Evil's 'mad agents' were sent to simply exterminate him, resulting in a crisscross snow-hill intersection which required the goodly detective Gadget to have some of his body-parts (forearms, hands) 'fitted' with special tools/gadgets/devices/weapons to enhance his 'overall strength' as an accident-recovery cybernetic-enhanced 'super' policeman/detective, including a forearm attached time-skipping watch with directional compass!

Penny, his trusted niece uses a handy-dandy kids'/girls' laptop to always keep in touch with her 'Uncle Gadget' by WiFi methods/conveniences so she may communicate with the famous detective while he's chasing Dr. Evil on his roller-wheel metal shoes. Penny's laptop is invaluable and is used to draw info-on-the-fly about Dr. Evil's agents in Tijuana (Mexico)!

Brain, meanwhile, has a fancy animal headset with earphones and microphone so he can receive e-commands/advice from Penny to 'go here and there' to stop Dr. Evil's agents trying to assassinate Inspector Gadget, and Brain smartly barks/woofs back to Penny on his headset so she knows he's 'on' the case.

DR. EVIL: I send one of my 'worst' Tijuana hitmen after Gadget, a Mexican bad-a*s who throws knives like a bloody murderer!

INSPECTOR GADGET: Penny/Brain, we 'think' this mad Dr. Evil is hiding in a fancy loft in Tijuana while circulating opiates.

UNCLE GADGET: I'll just 'borrow' this water-truck to disorient Dr. Evil's building guards.
PENNY: Yes, Uncle Gadget; and use your fancy compass-hand watch to disorient this targeting hitman throwing knives.
BRAIN: Woof! Woof!

Once more, Inspector Gadget saves the 'prophetic' day and this time in drug-riddled Tijuana (Mexico), and his achievement(s) stirs/draws new media/cyber-interest and dialogue surrounding traffic terror(s) in borderlands. This is a time of great globalism spirit(s), and Inspector Gadget and his amazing crime-fighting 'unit' (Penny/Brain) are the true answer to new age civilization...darkness.
