A clan of Cossacks known as Red Hood Gang plot a blood-diamond heist of the Algerian bank safe-box belonging to an evil hockey-mask wearing underworld boss named Humungus.

RED HOOD GANG: This bank is secured from external threats and must be infiltrated by a distraction of theatrics!

The Red Hood Gang show up in theater-costumes claiming they're wielding street-performance prop toy water-guns and disposable-cameras seeking photos of the Algerian bank's safe-box(es) belonging to Baron Humungus for a media-newsletter (with imagery!).

Once inside the safe-box(es) area, the Red Hood Gang reveal to the lone (escorting) guardsman (Leo) their theater-prop water-gun toys are filled with acid and burn a hole into Humungus' safe-box(es) and swap his 'conflict-zone' piracy 'blood-diamonds' with toy gems!

LEO (Bank Guardsman): We believe this is some kind of Interpol-relations 'stunt' for media to draw Humungus' response(s)!

The Red Hood Gang make off with $20M worth of Humungus' piracy-gems and create an Algerian street-buzz about strange creative new-era monitors for gem-intrigue detection(s). The Algerian metro-crowd(s) are suddenly 'buzzing' about blood-diamond circus heroic(s)!

BARON HUMUNGUS: I will not allow this circus-heroism to 'destroy' my 'complete' Algerian dominion over gem-pirates!

The Red Hood Gang is composed of world-traveled vigilante Cossacks from Algeria, Romania, and Asia and call themselves 'Cobra' to signify a world-vigilance towards commerce-supervision facilitative of their own sense of family-clan capitalism-world security prayers!

Humungus' evil mistress-siren (Isa) makes an editorial in the City-Bazaar (Algeria) defaming the Red Hood Gang as nothing more than magazine-culture romantics who seek to use folklore to challenge mainstream journalism!

RED HOOD GANG: Even if we're 'unmasked' as heroism-romantics or capitalism 'knights' of Algeria, we'll remain a shield!

An anime-artist in Algeria is moved to make a heroics-adapted small-theater movie called Blood-Diamond (Leo DiCaprio) which sees strange vigilantes ('Cobra') assaulting the Tower of Babel erected in the modern city (Algiers) to forward the dark idea(s) of capitalism apocalypse.
