Welcome to Aspen, a place of nifty gorgeous snowy hills idealized for snowboarding and ski trips. It's an American playground, really, but it requires some security feelings sometimes.

Amlan Satan is a snowboarding man in Aspen this winter with his daughter Esmerelda. He recently lost his wife to a plane-crash, leaving him along with Esmerelda ('Ezzy') and seeking a vacation from his woes with Ezzy which has brought him to Aspen for some welcomed snowboarding.

AMLAN: We'll snow-board; I'll leap and soar, and you can cheer for me, Ezzy.

ESMERELDA: Thanks, daddy.

She's got her own baby-doll to keep her occupied in case Satan gets preoccupied. Meanwhile, Satan (Amlan) notices some unusual gongs-on at the Aspen resort/snow-center and dismisses them for the time-being since he's preoccupied with Ezzy and her vacation experience.

The 'goings-on' referred to some diamonds showcases at the resort-center linked to a terrorist group (Cobra) as well as a blood-diamond baron named Ion. They're crossing through the resort while Amlan/Ezzy are there, and Amlan overhears one of the party-members whisper by the elevators, "We think an intelligence-officer might come through our party/events and try to steal our Sierra Leone gems."

AMLAN: If I get involved with this, I endanger Ezzy, but if I do nothing; I endanger America, right?

Fortunately, there's indeed an intelligence-officer on his way to Aspen for this diamonds-showcase hosted by Cobra, and this officer is "007" and will indeed try to steal the Sierra Leone 'blood-diamonds' disguised during the party-events.

During the masquerade party at the Aspen resort for the diamonds-showcase and jewelry items, Amlan decides he'll try to 'mingle' into the crowd and pretend to be one of the guests and try to swap the Sierra Leone diamond for a toy gem he's procured from a California friend for the intelligence-office (007) to hopefully find later on, in case this rumored visiting officer failed to make it to the Aspen event in time to stop Cobra.

He disguises himself as a modern-rendition of Sherlock Holmes at the Aspen resort party-event and leaves Ezzy at their hotel room and gets the guardsman by the Sierra Leone diamond-room very drunk and sedated before swapping the blood-diamond with a toy gem after smudging the security-camera with white-out and then walks back to his hotel room and calls the Aspen police.

AMLAN: I got you this amazing mystic-stone ring for you, Ezzy.

ESMERELDA: I love it here in Switzerland, daddy; way cooler than Aspen, man!

Days after Satan took off to Switzerland with Ezzy with the Cobra-gems, 007 did indeed show up and tracked the progress this hero-citizen (Amlan Satan) was making with online Interpol-communications in this new age of cyber-driven security contact-conveniences. Aspen is saved for posterity and for the kids of those who love so board/ski!
