Two diamond-thieves are staging a swap of a corrupt Dutch baron's bank safe-box in LA, replacing 'blood-diamonds' ('conflict-zone' gems mined by warlords in Africa and marketed in the gem-underground in modern time) with toy gems.

The two thieves, acting like Robin Hood vigilantes, are Amlan and Raki. These two wily bank-robbing guerrillas with Interpol-relations have previously worked in British Columbia (North America).

Amlan/Raki walk into the bank in masks/costumes and wield toy water-guns claiming they'd like iPhone snapshots of Baron Goldfinger's vault-room safe-box for a street-theater show about baron investments in the City of Angels. While escorted inside the safe-box area by the single guardsman, Amlan/Raki reveal their toy guns are filled with acid and instruct the guardsman to dance in front of the security-camera while they swap Goldfinger's blood-diamonds with their theater-prop toy gems (after burning a hole into the Goldfinger-box with their 'acid-guns' expeditiously!) and leave the guardsman inside the vault-room area, still dancing in front of the security-camera, to tell the media, "Goldfinger has to answer to these claims his 'insured bank gems' are boasting securities ahead of Interpol-inquiries concerning street theater!"

Upon exiting the bank that heist day in the 'hot' City of Angels, Amlan/Raki tell a homeless black woman sitting outside to tell the police (when they arrive), "Two masked gentlemen told me to inform you fine policemen today that an 'Interpol-team' is managing the special 'media' decision(s)."

BARON GOLDFINGER: I have inside-info one of these Robin Hood rascals is dating a football-cheerleader in this city; kill her!

Fortunately, Amlan is the one who's dating the cheerleader (Sandy!) and has the sense to think she'd be threatened by this Robin Hood feat on Goldfinger's treasure(s) and has her escorted to a safe place by Raki himself while he negotiates the gem-transfer processes with Interpol-relations in the City of Angels.
