7-Officer (Vigilantism)A Story by Abishai100Interview (fictional) of an American vigilante who must rescue a city damsel.
A journalism-presentation of a vigilantism-tale, inspired by several films I like. Hope you like it,
----
==== INTERVIEWER: So, you've been a hero-vigilante for 4 years now, right? VIGILANTE: I always wear sunglasses/mask to disguise my face; that's correct! INTERVIEWER: You jaded by the city itself, filled with crime that moved you to help cops? VIGILANTE: No; I'm alright (I think). ![]() INTERVIEWER: This 'cheerleader-damsel' rescue case is what brought you fame/glory. VIGILANTE: Right. INTERVIEWER: Well, I mean, how does that make you feel --- one 'spotlight' case (cheerleaders)? VIGILANTE: Fine; ninja; I love sports; cheerleaders are excellent; I dated one in high-school! ![]() INTERVIEWER: You rescued a terrorized cheerleader, threatened by a homegrown psycho! VIGILANTE: He claimed he 'loathed' the American sports-media 'matrix' and targeted Sandy. INTERVIEWER: Sandy was one lucky cheerleader, thanks to you, friend. VIGILANTE: Sandy was relieved as were we all. ![]() INTERVIEWER: You duped the psycho with clever cyber-forum blog(s) about cheerleader ballet(s). VIGILANTE: He was lured into a special ballet performance in the city, which is where I tranquilized him. INTERVIEWER: Then the cops hauled him off to the insane-asylum. VIGILANTE: That's where he broke out of before beginning this 'cheerleader-threat' crusade in our great city! ![]() INTERVIEWER: The psycho claimed he'd stalked the cheerleader because she'd been of the 7 Sins. VIGILANTE: He was some religious nut (apparently) and found Sandy to be...sinful (or something). INTERVIEWER: You used his own rhetoric(s) 'branding' to lure him into the ballet-hall, right? VIGILANTE: Right; don't make light of 7-Sins; I'm an 'officer' of law-ethics really; I was thankful. ![]() INTERVIEWER: What's your next move, city hero? VIGILANTE: I'm going to DisneyWorld. ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2022 Abishai100 |
