Welfare King: A UK Dr.

Welfare King: A UK Dr.

A Story by Abishai100
"

A story about 'radical' thinking in Europe, marking a shift in diligence designed to assist the poor...and lift the romance of modern doctors.

"
A tale of the UK, undergoing dreamy waves of thinking as Israel-Palestine (hopefully!) becomes the world's last/singular problem and hurdle to globalized peace-promoting peace (and d!). Inspired loosely by Syriana

American President Clinton visited economically challenged Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) to bring words of comfort and peace regarding Sinn Fein's legal struggle to champion improved life-conditions for the Irish-Catholic minority population in Belfast after pushing for a more 'socialized' format for healthcare-policies in the United States.

Northern Ireland's Irish-Catholic minority population was part of the armed 'guerrilla-struggle' against British-Protestant majority-rule composed by a descendant-population from generations of colonial settlers. The Catholics were under-employed and under-represented in Parliament and suffered from poverty and were vulnerable to criminality and hence formed new factions of the 'radical' Irish Republican Army (IRA) such as the 'Real IRA' and the 'Provisional IRA' which had been labeled 'officially' as terrorist-groups in Western civilization and led to a schism between the two dominant Christian denominations, Protestantism and Catholicism!

Fortunately, Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams had become a prominent 'diplomat' in these modern dealings between the Irish-Catholics of Northern Ireland (UK) and Parliament. Adams, like Clinton, pushed for improved life-conditions for the Catholic minorities in troubled Belfast suffering from poverty and vulnerable to modern forms of street crime(s).

This kind of sectarian life coupled with urban poverty in Western civilization (Northern Ireland) wasn't really considered as 'vital' to global politics as Israel-Palestine by the UN.

However, a new world group known loosely as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA) pushed for improved economics conditions, affirmative-action employment assistance programs for the Catholic minority population in troubled Belfast, and socialized healthcare 'creativity' in Northern Ireland (UK), all through direct-action designed to destabilize political fortifications designed to 'foster' a general sectarian-trouble(s) neglect or apathy, which is what this story is really about and which brings us to the glaring 'spotlight' on the Belfast hospital, a site of great social reforms dialogue for F-IRA (and Gerry Adams!).

F-IRA: We wish to make Belfast's hospital a 'church' for reform-minded dialogue in Parliament for Protestant-Catholic welfare!

Unfortunately, President Clinton had already suffered from homeland critiques that his approaches to creative 'universal' healthcare borderlined on 'socialism' which had always been frowned upon in Western civilization as the emergence and downfall of the Soviet Union facilitated the erosion of Marxist ideology among Western thinkers. Nevertheless, F-IRA members, recruited from places as varied as Algeria and New Zealand and composed of neo-intellectual 'guerrillas' continued to insist that 'alternative' forms of social welfare 'thinking' would foster fresh 'brands' of political dialogue regarding medical welfare for the Catholic minorities in troubled Northern Ireland, such as widespread assistance for uninsured poor Irish-Catholics under the 'nationalized' umbrella of subsidized medicine coverings for patients with critical medical-care needs affirmed by the accredited doctors of the UK.

F-IRA: The notion that Protestant-Catholic kids can't play together in the streets because of poverty is simply ugly.

Meanwhile, since the partition of mainland Catholic Ireland in the early 20th-Century after the independence of Ireland from the British Empire and declaration of Ireland as a republic or 'Free State' catalyzed the incredible economic development of Ireland itself, and hopefully, Northern Ireland, which remained part of the United Kingdom, would see comparable forms of commercial vitality that would 'filter down' to the Irish-Catholic under-class of Belfast in this time of commercial traffic in the UK.

F-IRA: There's just a nice abundance of Northern Ireland commerce-goods like bath-products that indicate promise/potential.

The new 'player' in this tale of modern UK drama regarding Catholic poverty and medical neglect is an Algerian-American F-IRA operative named Amlan Satan ('Storm-Shadow') who seeks to erase the police-military strongholds in Northern Ireland (UK) which 'facilitate' a social/media neglect of the healthcare needs of the poor-underclass of troubled Belfast. Storm-Shadow is something like the new age rendition of Michael Collins, a man with a wry sense of social leadership, media-activism, Fanonian thinking, and earnest interest(s) in using guerrilla-dialogue/action to forward ideals regarding welfare for the poor in Northern Ireland. He claims, "If Catholics are poor in the West, how will we stand together against terrorism threatening Israel-Palestine capitalism?" and hence has become a 'social-media' messenger (F-IRA) regarding Western civilization dance(s).

SINN FEIN: This is really/truly a 'chess-game' between the Protestant-Catholic people of Belfast and worried Parliament.

STORM-SHADOW: If we honor the circulation of modern cinema about the IRA (e.g., Michael Collins), can't we talk openly?

One leader in Parliament agrees to meet 'secretly' with Storm-Shadow at the Belfast Holiday Inn hotel, a symbol of world traffic and customs and hopefully welfare-minded tourism in the modern UK (Northern Ireland).

STORM-SHADOW: Isn't this Holiday-Inn (Belfast) Irish curry-and-potatoes (with rice!) dish delish?
PARLIAMENT-MAN: It really is, Storm-Shadow, but is this 'secretive' tryst worth its weight in gold, friend?
STORM-SHADOW: It certainly is, Parliament-man; we care about the poverty of Catholics in the West, right?
PARLIAMENT-MAN: Sure we do; Israel-Palestine must not overshadow troubles in the West, after all.
STORM-SHADOW: All we really need, Parliament-man, is more talk with Sinn Fein regarding healthcare!
PARLIAMENT-MAN: Affirmative-action employment assistance programs for the Irish-Catholic under-class helps too.
STORM-SHADOW: I agree.
PARLIAMENT-MAN: Let's enjoy this meal and think about the 'promises' of Protestant-Catholic coexistence for capital!
STORM-SHADOW: Yum, yummy, yummy!

Will F-IRA and Storm-Shadow become a modern 'force' for unemployment assistance and healthcare creativity for the poor-underclass Irish-Catholics in troubled Northern Ireland (Belfast) as Western civilization confronts its own woes like the Russia-Ukraine problem drawing in the world community in a time when Israel-Palestine can/should be a more 'spotlighted' concern for today's neo-intellectuals (like Storm-Shadow)?

STORM-SHADOW: We've established a strong 'hub' for student recruitment at an Ivy League social-house for Catholic art.

F-IRA: As the world embraces Planet Hollywood, Starbucks, and Nickelodeon, we may hoist the 'lanterns' of ale (not ailment).

If Storm-Shadow can find 'romance' in all this drama, now linked to a symbolic/iconic social-house at a popular Ivy League school (North America), he might find, along with his creative thinkers of F-IRA, working with Sinn Fein (and Parliament!) that welfare programs for the poor (Irish-Catholics) can generate new kinds of storytelling among today's more media-engaged students.

STORM-SHADOW: I met a beautiful Irish woman at a Belfast hotel, and we're to marry; there's gold in hell...and democracy!
