Belfast is a troubled city, and Amlan Satan is co-captain of the new group F-IRA and is working to destroy both a British police-military base as well as a British diamond-baron controlled/financed bank in Northern Ireland behind some black-market traffic of 'blood-diamonds' (from Sierra Leone).

His wife Shelbye O'Meara is a Belfast ballet-performer and artist and has lived in sectarian troubled Northern Ireland her whole life. She's familiar with all the hell of IRA-UVF woes and street anarchy and bombs and police violence and all the general UK frustrations since the partition of mainland Catholic Ireland.

Born in Algeria, Amlan Satan worked with Interpol-relations for blood-diamond infiltrations after graduating from West Point and was known to have family ties to the FLN resistance against French occupation of Algiers, which was its own mess. Satan is a master-thief, explosives/chemicals expert, communications engineer, and financier of F-IRA and has met with Gerry Adams of Sinn Fein on multiple occasions specifically to push for affirmative-action employment assistance program media-talk(s) linked to UK Parliament and to the Royal Family in Britain.

AMLAN SATAN: We're 'seizing' or 're-seizing' the scope/nature of Ireland's sense of fineries and market(s) for capitalism.

The sad tale(s) of Belfast can remind one of the 'darkness' of terror and governance failure(s) and the crimes and violence arising out of unemployment/poverty in Northern Ireland (UK) since the partition of Dublin-Belfast in the early 20th-Century, during the leadership of Eamon De Valera who often spoke of globalism 'parallels' between India and Ireland and other places during the expanse of European colonialism. This is a modern story.

Amlan/Shelbye celebrate Ireland's independence-day in Belfast with some backyard fireworks when they're told that one of the 'comrades' of F-IRA has been captured by Belfast police/military as a 'rogue' operative seeking to steal the Crown Jewels from Buckingham Palace. Amlan/Shelbye note that such a 'wild-tale' is perhaps reflective of the real Northern Ireland concern --- the exacerbation of everyday life particularly during patriotic festivals/events in this area of Europe!

SHELBYE (wife): We're hoping to use 'modern art(s)' to circulate serious inter-religious notions of shared space/life itself.

Will F-IRA succeed in bringing real change through Sinn Fein talks in Parliament regarding employment conditions improvements and poverty attention for the Irish-Catholic under-class in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom)? The hope of new age 'guerrillas' like Amlan Satan is to create the rings of dialogue that will prevent this Catholic-Protestant 'rift' in Europe from blossoming into something as 'ugly' as Israel-Palestine, and some of the tools in this type of globalism warfare are ironically dazzling pieces of commercial vanities (e.g., emerald-isle jewels of magic!).

Unfortunately, for F-IRA, Amlan Satan is now being 'watched' or 'monitored' by a serious new police-body in Eastern Europe known as Dartmouth which is tracking all individuals tied to blood-diamond inquiries, be they undercover intelligence 'officers' (e.g., Satan) or rogue bandits or mercenaries or pirates-for-hire. This is a war-game that the Euro-police figures/figurines don't want to lose.
