The Old World was filled with tales of sectarian woe(s) in places in Western civilization, including the respected places of Europe (e.g., Northern Ireland, United Kingdom), facilitating the fuel for eventual world-wars catalyzed by great commercial ambitions and anti-governance poverty.

After the great WWIII catapulted by the Russo-Ukrainian War which drew in China and North Korea against the allied-front of America and France, the entire Earth was shifting in continental drift, drawing the species back to the days of the unified continent of Pangea, and this created a new imagination for survival, as nuclear-radiation began transforming humans into ape-humanoids and the continents into one single behemoth of a landform, now called Triskelion ('TK').

In the Old World, during WWIII, the Chinese advance was enflamed by the deeds of a ruthless but philosophical 'warlock' named Shredder who hailed from the old rhetoric of Genghis Khan and sought to create a form of free-reign violence for thrills, and this was not unlike the days of the barbarians in pre-Nazi Germania.

America meanwhile was led by an Algerian-American blood-diamond ninja-thief and Interpol-relations infiltrations expert/investigator named Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) who had the 'uncanny' ability to move in-and-out of the civilization mazes as a cyber-runner whom many referred to colloquially as Clue, for his peculiar ability to 'always' look like a calculating if James Bond like consumer! He was a 'real' nerd.

While the forces of Shredder/Clue vied during WWIII, the old trophies of Old World civilization were praised but mostly turned to ash, and the great triumphs in cyber-tech and brand-computing companies in the West such as the iconic Tandy remained steadfast as 'magical' toys for capitalism as the human species began 'mutating' away from this 'tradition' of intelligence-driven competitions.

Now, in this transformed world of the Triskelion ('TK'), the giant 'mutated' super-continent on Earth, following the nucelar-radiation 'holocaust' of WWIII, Shredder was 'transformed' into the ape-human leader named Caesar and sought to continue in his adventurous path towards ultimate leadership over the roaming bands of survivors (humans) who'd likewise began mutating into ape-beings. Caesar (Shredder) was to the New World was Hitler was to the Old.

Our more democratic hero in this Earh-tale, Clue (Amlan Satan, aka, 'Storm-Shadow') meanwhile was transformed into the more affable/democratic ape-human post-WWIII captain named Cornelius. Unlike Caesar the relentless/furious, Cornelius was a calculating leader of a much more egalitarian proportion and proposed the salvation/marketing of consumerism totems and diadems like Chinatown and toy-dolls to remind people of the honorable labors of Old World capitalism!

CAESAR: This New World will be a treasure-chest of road-racing fun...and dangers.
CORNELIUS: We'll wrought the toys and possessions of the Old World to 'derive' a system of daytime education.

Caesar despised Cornelius for his uncanny ability to restore the imagery of the Old World using the hopes/dreams of the survivor-humans of WWIII who'd been transforming into this New World race of ape-humans! Cornelius was simply neutral about his 'rival' Caesar but continued to develop his scheme of capitalism sanity while Caesar trumped over lands unenchanted by this inventive form of commercial divinity!

CORNELIUS: I'll destroy vestiges of Caesar's forces invading ours with a steady distribution of Old World doll-trophies for kids!

CAESAR: If that idealist thinks he can usurp my onwards-march to make New Earth a place of lust, he'll find true regret(s).

Would the haunted memories of the Old World somehow 'seep into' this new legacy Earth (Triskelion) and ruin the 'classic' dream of new ape-human captain Cornelius? Would Caesar be able to exploit the nightmares of Old World sectarian woe(s) such as Northern Ireland histories of anti-governance dilemma(s) and simply keep his 'vision' of a road-rage planet afloat with the memory of war?
