Belfast, Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) is a quiet place because of its symbolic population (Catholics-Protestants), but it's a dangerous area because of the sectarian woes between the two dominant Christian faiths created by socioeconomics disparities and poverty giving rise to forms of rebellion and crime among the IRA and UVF. This gives the place an eerie quiet, and it's the setting for our medical fable.

The resident ER doctor/surgeon at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast (located in a place where once lay the Belfast Asylum) is Amlan Satan (nickname - 'Storm-Shadow') who's a specialist in gunshot wounds, which is what the doctors at this 'troubled' Northern Ireland hospital do, since there's countless stories/reports of gunfire incidents between members of the IRA, UVF, and garrisoned British-Protestant police-military creating a 'cauldron' of hell in Western civilization (Europe). Dr. Satan is a specialist in speedy removal of bullets and treatment of gunshot wounds incurred by rough engagements and generally wanders around the Victoria (hospital) as a 'wiz' in Northern Ireland (UK) doctoring. He's also 'adamant' about pushing for more government funding/aid for the maintenance of this hospital which sees challenges during busy traffic times, undermanned.

DR. SATAN: We anticipate the arrival of the regular ambulance to the Victoria and prepare to remedy the ER-patients fast.

The Victoria is a godsend, and it's considered a haven for the righteous consciousness regarding the everyday imaginations of the Catholic minorities of Belfast (Northern Ireland) who only seek coexistence with alleviated poverty and better welfare programs offered by the government. That's why modern-day 'angels' like the willful Dr. Satan consider their mission(s) in the modern UK re-presentative of a major stance on the 'quality' of socialized distance(s), dollars, doctors, and daybreak!
