Amlan Satan was working underground as 'Storm-Shadow' to swap blood-diamonds kept by the Chicago mob in a restaurant safe-box in the bathroom of a Windy City restaurant for Interpol-relation(s) works.

The Chicago mob controlling/managing the Little Italy eatery with the bathroom containing the blood-diamond safe-box was the Manara family, responsible for opium traffic between Asia and Washington (Seattle).

The Manaras owned/operated a very iconic Little Italy eatery where they'd meet for special underworld conferences on new pirate-routes in the Windy City, while enjoying great foods!
