A group of recorders were found on the campus of Dartmouth, in the music department office. No one knew their mysterious appearance was tied to the visitation of a dark female rock group called the Misfits who plotted to steal diamonds from the college museum the Hood.

Dartmouth is gorgeous in any case, but during the summertime, it's really pretty. Furthermore, the Misfits, a dark female rock-music group, is staging this diamonds-heist because of the magazine intrigue linked to MTV, which Dartmouth is endorsing to draw in a popular bluegrass music band called Bela in July.

MISFITS: We'll exploit this music visitation and make this diamonds-heist a platform for underground espionage folklore!

The diamonds they're plotting to steal is worth over $20M and apparently belongs to the Dutch baron Kuyt or Ion and the Misfits hope to create some dastardly media headlines tied to Northern Ireland blood-diamond traffic in the United Kingdom.

POLICE: We're securing the pre-Misfits stage performance when the bluegrass band ('Bela') comes on first for a theater!

Another music band attending the summer music series is the Jailhouse Team ('JT'), and they hope to offer some comic-relief with their funny brand of Christian punk-rock with prisonhouse costumes for amazing campus flair!

MISFITS: American like 'alternative' news, and we'll make some nifty heist-themed crime-caper tales for Dartmouth kids.

In this age of diamonds-mining from conflict zones and stories about ocean-pollution, it's nice to think some nifty music-story intrigue might throw a 'monkey-wrench' into this evil equation and draw in some heroism from a science-minded Aquaman of mineral defense at Dartmouth!

AQUAMAN: We hope this diamond-heist monitoring at Dartmouth will appeal to designers looking for 'clean' capitalism!

The music-series, sponsored by the 'Ivy League' should inspire some amazing and cool music-comics for the modern student-generation drawn into the evaluations of media-linked dollars...and dolls!

AQUAMAN: We'll distribute some flyers-drawings/doodles of heroines with vigilantes defending capitalism's officers!

It turns out the monitor at Dartmouth really is the 'Aquaman' of diamonds Interpol-relations supervision and theorizes the dark music group known as the Misfits will try to steal those pirate-gems from the Hood museum. Aquaman stakes-out the museum in a mask and glasses and wields a tranquilizer gun after-hours, seeing if any 'burglar' tries to break-in to swap the baron-gems (Kuyt/Ion) with toys or something.
