An Ivy League fable for soccer, markets, money, and of course, dowry, inspired by Ladybugs (Rodney Dangerfield). Enjoy,

The Princeton campus was a place of great academic-intellectual promise, and its Tigers soccer team was going to go far this year, since the girls had trained to boast a terrific contender-status in the prestigious Ivy League (USA).

Amlan Satan is the Tigers coach and recruitment specialist as well as advisor for team uniforms-design and materials supply and orderings. He's a terrific soccer coach who believes the Tigers girls will have a great position this season to capture the Ivy League title. Satan is given the Tigers nickname 'Shadow' for his 'uncanny' ability to sift through the field of soccer to find the right 'shades' of team-aura mystique!

Born in Algeria during some troubles with post-FLN political landscapes, Satan moved with this mother to Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) after getting a job offer at a safe bookshop there and worked there until he'd presented a very 'dashing' resume to Princeton regarding his organization of a Catholic-Protestant youth-soccer league in sectarian troubled Belfast, hoping to get a key position as a team-spirits 'choreographer' for the Tigers girls team. He was thrilled to bring his mother to the safer United States eventually as an adult but would never forget Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK).

The Tigers soccer team were poised to boast a very 'sound' season, and Amlan Satan wanted the girls to have the very best uniforms that season, both in terms of design/material!

The office of the Bursar (Princeton) made sure the finances and treasury at the prestigious/vaunted Ivy League school were in top-order that season so their materials for the girls Tiger soccer team were well-stocked and complementary to the fitness of the team itself.

The uniforms reflect the team's sense of hygiene, self-composure, spirit, self-dress, fashion, and fitness, and that's why Coach Satan, a man of 'colors' and journey, wanted the Tigers girls team to boast a rather self-defined sense of materials/design demonstrativeness, so their 'winning-season' would fit the bill in terms of field aura!

The management/procurement of the materials for the girls soccer team is not unlike the organization of fine Eastern/Asian women's saree store in Delhi, boasting 'form(s)' of dollar-centric mercantile/managerial pride and aesthetic labor, reflective of the actual human 'use' of materials (silk, rayon, etc.) befitting the social 'sense' of dreams.

COACH SATAN: It's all 'big' money, and if we have the resourcing to take care in our refurbishment(s), we express greatness.

As the Tigers girls rolled through the season, boasting an undefeated record and heading into the final Ivy League championships well on their way to an unforgettable season, the Bursar department execs boasted equally that their girls had the best uniform-presentations in many years, claiming that 'all gears' for Tigers soccer were in great metaphysical posturing, which is 'typical' for the Ivy League of course.

However, a new personnel member arrived on campus in the form of an antagonistic Algerian-American English teacher named Ezzy who frowned upon the glorification of women-in-sports and hoped that Amlan Satan, a fellow Algerian emigrant, wouldn't 'hype' the levels of team uniforms/materials/aura showcasing for the Ivy championships and instead simply play up the 'honorable notion' of student-athlete success-tales. She became a real adversarial figure for Coach Satan who hid the fact now that he harbored a secret-admirer attraction for her.

EZZY: Isn't it a 'fact' that girls' sports will always be 'sideshow' in America?
AMLAN: Well, that's why folks like me work 'diligently' in this domain, darling!
EZZY: Don't flirt with me; we don't see eye-to-eye!
AMLAN: I understand your fury; but I do care about my Tigers girls winning-season.
EZZY: I believe you; I'm wondering about the 'nature' of markets in media for women.
AMLAN: You're earnest; we're doing the very-best we can for marketing excellence.
EZZY: It's a constant negotiation, isn't it?
AMLAN: I think you're 'learning' to admire me, darling.
EZZY: Just because we're compatriots, doesn't mean we're auto-sweethearts, Satan.
AMLAN: I believe you.
EZZY: However, I do find a sense of 'charm' in your team-aura detention(s).
AMLAN: Really?
