Venger's Royals-Topps!

Narrated 'strange-daydream' about a professor who thinks he's an alien-sorcerer born on Earth and collects 'treasures' of the dune(s).

Venus is an unusual planet, and my name's Amlan Satan (Algerian-American US citizen). I believe I'm a sorcerer from Venus incarnated on Earth. My name on Venus was Venger, and I've been 'portrayed/cast' in an iconic Saturday morning CBS cartoon series inspired by Dungeons & Dragons. 

I'm a linguistics/economics professor at Seton Hall, and I've been recently reading comic books about blood-diamond literature and politics in Sierra Leone, after being inspired by the DiCaprio film! I don't think I'm insane, but I'm seeing a psychiatrist. I haven't told her yet that I 'simply believe' I'm Venger, the sorcerer from Venus.

VENGER: Atop my Venus-darkhorse named Nightmare, I think about the pensive nature of the United States on Earth!

When I was born, as I 'simply believe' on Earth, as the human Algerian-American (Amlan Satan), I grew to love American culture 'diadems' and especially sports-media/mementos. I've collected many kinds of sports stuff, like clothing/hats, video-games, storybooks, films, and especially American baseball-cards. In fact, as the sorcerer Venger from Venus, my prize-trophy possession on Earth (United States) is the Royals-Topps rookie-card of Bo Jackson, a legendary double-sport superstar-athlete whose career-ending injury robbed him of the twilight era of his famed career, which included an incredible run with the Raiders (footballs) and the Royals (baseball), which included a nearly perfect almost 4-HR game! Yes, Bo knew it all. I own his Topps-rookie card, and it's in great condition, folks (really!). This is what I consider an Earth/America 'trophy' --- the Topps-Royals card on Earth. I draw much of my metaphysics-energy and imagination-enthusiasm from this special 'diadem' of American society on Earth. This takes me to the 'far-reaches' of the mind's design.

My friend asked me, "Do you believe you're insane, buddy?" I explained to him rather subtly, "I'm not a loner/hermit, friend, simply because I 'simply believe' I'm Venger (from Venus!), however, I do try to stay 'in-tune' with 'sane'-society and therefore keep another trophy in my New England pad --- a painting of a video-game warrior-princess (Kitana) who reminds me that love is as 'good' as distance(s)." This friend believed me --- well...he believed 'in' me.

That's my tale, folks. I still think I'm Venger. However, I'm seeing a psychiatrist now, and my 'doc' tells me not to allow my 'fantastic daydreams' about expressions of distance-soaring rob me of my social interest(s) in the simple/normalized 'joys' of everyday life and to think about the simple 'truth' of discovering 'diamonds' amidst a sea of detention.
