Manhattan and other cities were being monitored by a unit of uniformed 'vigilantes' employed by the United States police-force who'd integrate into the night-life while preparing for sunrise crimes involving terrible modern crimelords.

The vigilante-operations in the United States inspired a series of artworks (comics-doodles) for kids in the national fanzine Urban Jungle (Thomas Sinclair) which motivated a newfound/renewed social and literary fascination with justice-storytelling and crime-patrol folkore reminiscent of the days of Danger Mouse and Courageous Cat!

However, the work of the vigilante unit was insufficient to offer a real 'injection' of magic into the metaphysical hellmouth of the modern landscape of mobilized/organized crime in the US cities like Chicago and Boston, which is why the 'faeries' (tiny winged humanoids of the forests with messages of wisdom/warning) decided to crossover into Earth-realm and employ a different methodology and drew inspiration from their own misty lands and scapes of great visions of spacious liberty.

FAERIES: We're making artworks depicting the cool drizzle cloud days of New York (Manhattan) and the cyber-scenes of IQ!

These 'faeries' became disguised/transformed humanoids and joined various police-stations and cyber-clubs and used artworks, fanzines, newspapers, and crime bulletins to cast special postures of organized justice-forces in the United States. The faeries liked to look like humans to create a special 'aura' of organized media-work involved with a modern worldly imagination regarding deformity-journalism!

FAERIES: We're using the special metrics of the ruler-bound 'leviathan' in the cities of America to create fantasies of security!

It was New York where these humanoid-disguised 'faeries' did most of this avant-garde metropolis-work, and they liked to drive around in NYPD-cars/vehicles and use silencer-handguns to keep peace in riots and mafia-skirmishes while keeping the noise level way down to pervade a feeling of control-force consciousness, way ahead of the 'libertine' vigilantism unit already made appealing among underground cult-justice comics-writers who'd been simply thirsty for forms of modern Western/American dressings.

FAERIES: To make people feel like the city is safe/sane for traffic in the era of Netflix and the CNN, you advocate tender-IQ.

FAERIES: Our artworks are meant to draw out the natural feelings of mystical fascination with philosophical democracy now.

FAERIES: Vigilantes and police-units must take real breadth from the mobilized-IQ surrounding advanced weaponized spying.

They made audio-tapes with speeches and diary-notes on the development of crime and order in the West/America as well as the history of cities (e.g., Eliot Ness in Chicago, Bonnie and Clyde in Texas, etc.). These recordings were 'imprints' of the consciousness of urban/metropolitan intelligence and insight into the very-nature of focused higher-learning towards the Catholic/Protestant/Hindu (etc.) 'understandings' of sheerly controlled socialized distances.

FAERIES: If we're made 'celebrities' by the lights of metro-justice lore, cop-lights will remind all of the 'magic' of empathy.

They distributed lots of archery-toys and bows/arrows to kids of the US city, and they made stories about the value of imaginations of great civics passions and the paranoia surrounding the realism behind sin and anarchy. This toy-enterprise became a ritualized form of media-educational motivation for metropolitan methods of reinventing dialogue surrounding a 'living' form of social activity. It was simply...divine.
