A strange modern eerie tale about 'sightings' on the Edge-cruise line (sea-tale!) involving 'faeries' and a diary-note concerning danger.

A faerie is a winged humanoid of myth with messages of warning or wisdom. A faerie is unlike an angel or a dragon and is more akin to the metaphysics of fluttering fancy and eerie magic and is therefore contoured with fantasy warriors or special ghosts with messages of immortality. The faerie lives in the forest (usually), but this tale concerns 'sightings' of faerie-like 'beings' on a special/magical celebrity cruise-ship joyride that might generate very 'strange' rumors/gossip/chats in the circles of media journalism.

MEDIA LINE: The Edge ship takes off this summer and en-route around the Pacific-blue and will offer much photo-tales!

There's so many shiny celebs on this Edge-line that the media-reporters claim this will be an experience/experiment in human joys and thrills, and the photos released for Facebook flair will accent the sort of dazzle and fun and glitter that will reflect a modern Hollywood-culture and magazine/fanzine investment in cyber-forums casting the 'fun' of capitalism itself. However, these celebs on the Edge-line are in for a 'darker' surprise.

CAPTAIN/MANAGER: I don't think there's any such thing as a 'faerie' or 'wondrous person' who'd inhabit the Edge as 'ghosts.'

That's when the Captain spoke too soon with his calming words about dismissals of the recent strange reports by the Edge-line celeb passengers they'd started spotting the 'faeries' or 'wonderous beings' (persons?) and began to wonder if the joyride was somehow 'haunted' by the specter of immortals because of some strange modern post-9/11 era 'omen-message' or warning about idle media-gossip about incredible fortunes of the rich-and-famous. Were these faeries warning these rich Western Americans about global warming or something else? Whatever the motive, the captain/manager and the passengers equally pondered the ideations of complete mystery as they considered the 'dark' surreality posited by such sightings by civilization 'diplomats' of normal media.

CAPTAIN/MANAGER: One of our Edge-line boat-artists has rendered an 'image' of a sighted faerie-being cast as 'ghost' doctor!

One thing remains certain for this sea-ride of the stars this summer in Pacific-blue, there's no surreality behind the mystical IQ of immortality fascination! Everyone fears death, even rich American celebs on the lavish/fantastic Edge-line, and now the lines/tales emerge that the sightings in the lit-rooms reflect a real-life paranoia surrounding the imaginations of fortune/fame limits.

One of the crew-members of the Edge-company claimed that she'd not spotted a faerie on the Edge-line ride on the Pacific herself but remained 'curious' about the real 'chance' that the imaginations of immortal 'fantastic' creatures, regardless of religious backgrounds, suggests a real civilization fascination with the social-media era gossip surrounding pedestrian/traffic depression.

CAPTAIN/MANAGER: We've distributed special souvenir cocktail gold-swords to the celeb-passengers as mementos of ghosts!

When it was reported some months later, after the Edge-line ride was ended and its gossip subsided, the captain/manager suffered a heart-attack and died, speculation emerged that he'd witnessed a 'ghost' faerie who'd departed off the cruise-ship and made itself known to him and warned him about being arrogant about media-era Americans being too idle about indulging in 'real' daydreams about immortality! That's what his diary read (which was discovered by his girlfriend Ezzy).
