There's these two 'crazy' antiheroines in Boston (New England), both in outrageous costumes, making life 'challenging' for politicians/cops. These two 'ladies-of-darkness' are Catwoman and Cheetah. One is a prowling burglar of corporate evildoers and a rogue vigilante who's complicating police matters/media, while the other's a 'large-cat' costumed rock-thrower who likes to destroy cop cars to make media about populous angst/dissatisfaction with civics/law.

A Coronavirus-doctor in Boston is Amlan Satan who wants to generate a special brain-serum that will make all kinds of civilization-IQ thoughts seem more palpable and less anxious regarding goal-fixation or ambition. Satan knows the 'cure' to the vigilantism-angst Catwoman/Cheetah present is some kind of 'sedative' for brain muscle overactivity regarding 'natural' fears of civics complexity or disarray.

However, now there's a new 'player' in this New England scene, a capitalism corruptor using blood-diamond traffic/smuggling to complicate overground Interpol-office(s) relations and forcing 'extra-notes' about the qualities of commercial vanities. Hammond is his name, and his specific 'vision' is to aggravate and incite both Catwoman/Cheetah so they'd become more involved with the anarchy they espouse. Meanwhile, he'd denounce the medically 'optimistic' aspirations of the albeit eccentric Satan.
