An epic inspired by Independence Day (Will Smith) referencing the 'fright-visage' of the wrathful-intelligence Xenomorph (Alien franchise), for Father's Day!

The black-rose art painting at the Whitney reflected a Salk-Weyland science-signal study about human imagination communications to a faraway galaxy in the hopes of contacting an alien intelligence with an intention for diplomacy/knowledge sharing.

WEYLAND (Salk): We hope this alien-signal communication will draw in an alien intrigued by 'senses' of complexity/manners.

The ambitious Weyland-Salk alien-contact project/initiative would employ years of signals-research and would send the message that humanity sought the form(s) of civilization architecture knowledge-sharing that would draw in an intelligent non-Earth 'being' or consciousness interested in humanity's curiosity about 'complex' decision-making and governance variegation. Hopefully, Aracebo satellite-communication research center in the Southwest (United States) would offer the right form(s) of communication reaches.

However, the alien that heard the signal of complex-systems fascination was no friendly alien but a deadly predatory intelligence called Xenomorph with the pure intention to create an oppression-system of creation-destruction dualism, seeking to now prey upon humanity's indulgence(s) in 'natural curiosity' to create a forced system of slave-labor, cannibalism, and egg-laying industrialization which would make Earth a 'pod' for complete domination by the Xenomorph. The space-portal the alien of wrath crossed through to reach Earth after hearing the Weyland/Salk-Aracebo communication signal was 'officially' the gateway to a new hellish adventure for humanity.

The Xenomorph is a rather-large sized insect-dragon like alien intelligence of great fury which now departed from its Grand Canyon labyrinth (Arizona) hiding-spot and was now trekking around various Earth-cities and preying upon traffickers/humans and cars in the dark rainy nights, creating a developing 'nightmare' of creeping planet-swamping vision(s).
