The Robeast released by the evil emperor Zarkon had nearly swallowed whole planets/civilizations and had now set its dark sight(s) on Earth.

Fortunately for all Earthlings, the Voltron legendary force of mechanical lion-warriors arrived on Earth too as humanoids of course and donned their special powers to challenge the Robeast who wished to destroy Boston, a place of great photojournalism.

YELLOW LION: The man warrior behind this colored Voltron-piece lion is a symbol of teamwork.

Desmond is the driver of the black-lion of the Voltron-force and is considered by many to be a visionary spirit of capitalism.

BLACK LION: This mechanical lion of the Voltron force represents pure defense of the rights of the spirit to be safe/secure.

The two young brothers who manned the green-lion of Voltron are Amlan/Ajay who're considered very idealistic and took positions as MIT-students studying the astrophysics of incoming aliens and intelligence-communication signals stirring the fascination of many young students enjoying the modern tech/cyber amenities and wonders of the modern world/Internet/Facebook!

GREEN LION: The brothers manning the spirit/force of the green-lion reflect the symbolic value of innocence/charm.

Imran is the driver of the red-lion of Voltron and is considered a theater-acrobat and agile chameleon of the modern Earth world/civilization of consumerism iconography and wishes to ward off the Robeast sent by Emperor Zarkon who seeks to 'spoil' the photogenic 'fun' and energy/life of human dollars!

RED LION: This mechanical lion represents the Voltron-force's harnessing of the great magic behind stealth/drive.

Finally, there's Katrina who fell in-love with video-games and mans the mechanical blue-lion of Voltron and hopes to end the reign of Zarkon by subverting/humiliating this sinister invasion of helpless Earthling imagination(s).

BLUE LION: This lion of Voltron symbolizes the calm/cool of democracy and the strength of supporting courage.

ZARKON: My hideous Robeast is an 'alien' of density and will outweigh/match the righteous Voltron lion-warrior force(s)!

HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: An immaculate adventure-fight between these 'lion-warriors' and the hideous alien raises our spirit.

Voltron lion warriors assembled their skills/teamwork to usurp the infiltrations/invasion of the Robeast who appeared in the waters of Boston as an 'alien' of anarchic violence and/or terrorism. The Voltron lions combined their wits/charms/fury to form a singular force, or 'Giant' (robot?), who'd topple the very grin of the slimy creature with its sword/shield of heated motion (ha!).

ROBEAST: Aaargh, the Voltron lion defenders (of Earth!) are heating/melting my very-brain of hideousness; I shall dissipate!

HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: How'd you topple this 'alien' thing of faraway evil(s) and save Boston/Earth, great folk?
