Can Batman/Batgirl deal with a new 'vision' of criminality in challenging Gotham for 'real' distances?

Amlan Satan is the Gotham City masked vigilante known as 'Batman' for his night-prowling, and he'd don his special strange costumes/masks to become a crime-fighting 'pest' to the villains he'd encounter or engage while doubling in the day-life as the city socialite-businessman with his own peculiar methods of capitalism-defense. This was the aura of modern crime vigilance, and Batman hoped to employ the aid of the city police-chief Jim Gordon who encouraged him to dabble in Facebook-IQ to draw away from this 'dark-knight' world of criminal insanity.

BATMAN: I'd decided to take-in a special ally-friend in this crusade in Gotham, the masked sidekick I refer to as Batgirl!

Mostly, Batman/Batgirl would use nifty chess-blogs on the Gotham-Net to suggest to their criminally-insane nemeses like Scarecrow and Harlequin that use of mental faculties was the best way to approach the 'natural' problem of urban anarchy. However, these 'super' villains were something more like 'aliens' than humans and would require the sort of stalemate-vitality or humility that Batman/Batgirl espoused with their mental approaches to crime-fighting, lest they be drawn to darker forms of indulgent destruction. Gotham required this new 'vision' of criminal justice/therapy.

BATGIRL: My job/duty and opp is to work alongside the clever Batman in Gotham to complement advocacy with IQ for traffic.

These criminals were nothing less than hellraisers. Of particular disturbance was a 9/11-anniversary street march in Gotham which was almost destroyed by the Red Hood Gang of masked weirdos who wanted to roam around on Lithium while creating fear/panic, requiring Batman/Batgirl to 'swoop-in' to create some 'brand' of 'dirt'-responses.

GOTHAM MAYOR: We know now for some certainty that Batman/Batgirl are 'friends' to Gotham with their 'cinema' IQ psyche!

BATGIRL: We're going to 'usher' into the Asylum these city-'aliens' of Hell to create more pockets of medicine-oriented life!

Now, there's a new element in Gotham of a more calculating kind, and this eerie Romanian, Ra's al Ghul, claims he's actually an alien/Martian with bags of Klonopin-medication in his bags and bullets for policemen and had challenged Batman/Batgirl to a round of chess that would lead to hellfire in Gotham if they failed to achieve the 'required' d-stalemate.

RA'S: You've no patience to erect a peace-affording stalemate sanity (chess!) with me, heroes.
BATMAN/BATGIRL: Doubtful, Ra's...in fact, we're the 'ideal' stalemate-peace/rehab dentists.
