Shiva, deity of both destruction and meditation, was contemplating civilization-governance concerns on Earth while studying humanity's special fascination with space-exploration, lunar missions, and inquiries into the existence of alien-intelligence and wondered how he'd offer some 'Earth-humbled' ideations of what made society on the ground as 'stellar' as fantasies about departing from our Blue Planet of 'excellent' heavenly dangers.

SHIVA: Is there a 'Stargate' dimensions portal on Mars through which an 'adversarial' alien would cross and threaten Earth?

However, despite all these 'stellar' meditations on the greatness of life on Earth itself humbling the 'fantasies' of space-travel and discovery of alien-life outside Earth, Lord Shiva was himself/humbly entranced by the deity-goddess Saraswati (goddess of music/learning) who'd transformed into a humanoid angel fashion-model in war-torn Ukraine to study the impact of United States political assistances in times of great Invasion, prompting 'excellence' in cyber-fanzine presentations of what comprised pedestrian-traffic consumerism daydreams!

SHIVA: If there is an alien-life/intelligence outside Earth (out-there!), perhaps I'd challenge him to a peace-strategy game!

Shiva transformed himself into a humanoid Algerian-American prince and vigilantism-oriented cyber-blogger named Amlan Satan ('Storm-Shadow') who began writing online tales of Salk cognition/A.I. scientists designing computer-chess programs and synthesizing stalemate-chess diagrams a computer-mind/brain might understand about peace wrought from game-theory and wondered if an 'alien being' would read such a cyber-comment/presentation and think Storm-Shadow was a Facebook-IQ era diplomat/messenger of Earth-civilization detention.

ALIEN: I've read Storm-Shadow's eccentric cyber-IQ comments/mosaics and find him an 'education-driven' youth-democrat.

SHIVA: I challenge you to a 'friendly' game of chess.
ALIEN: Sure...are you intellectually/emotionally prepared for a stalemate?
SHIVA: Wouldn't a stalemate or peace-draw inspire ideations of consensual coexistence or non-invasion policy?

ALIEN: Sure...if you manage a stalemate against me (I'm excellent!), I'll resign myself to the Earth-ocean abyss (peace-exile).

SHIVA: What guarantee do I really have?
ALIEN: Sure...you may think of your 'graveyards' of warfare/invasion consequence and stats as 'proof' of nonviolence fear!

SHIVA: Aha; so you 'promise' a wrought stalemate-chess game between us will secure all Earth-civilization cemeteries/honor.

ALIEN: Sure...this is, after all, a planet of 'free-will' consequence driven land democrats.

Shiva agreed to challenge/play the invader 'Alien' in a game of 'friendly' chess with the hopes of drawing a peaceful-stalemate, which is excellently what occurred, because of Shiva's 'cunning' use of a rook-bishop combo that would protect/secure his queen-kind defenses against the relentless Alien's machine-like use of knights and pawns. The result was a securing non-invasion exile of peace for the Alien in the Earth-ocean abyss and the opportunity for Lord Shiva, who'd still been 'doubling' on Earth (United States) as a cyber-blogging vigilantism-oriented capitalism-defender, to work as 'Storm-Shadow' (Amlan Satan) and synthesize 'fantastic' comics-adventure lore about aliens engaged with humans in games of intrigue creating orientations of 'excellent' detective imagery! It was an achievement in art.
