Chess-Double Width

Can a pirate chess-acrobat outmatch an invader alien's sense of frailty-identification in mankind with a simple 'mirror' distancing?

A thought-room exercise inspired by The Spanish Prisoner (David Mamet). Enjoy,

A great aristocratic chess-gathering in Sturbridge (New Jersey) was taking place between two media-figures who wanted to present their intelligences in shared gameplay for the party-guests, but a smooth pirate hoped to add some intrigue and ordered the two challengers to quarantine themselves, each with their own fan-groups, in locked/separate rooms only the pirate-photographer would be able to traverse between.

AMLAN SATAN ('Pirate'): I've brought a special jet-fighter toy to see which of the media-figure chessplay challengers can earn this prize (for their kids!), but I'll play both 'chess-masters' (simultaneously) by going back-and-forth between rooms and taking turns making moves against each/both challenger, with the two rooms separated/locked and no individuals crossing between the doors for this exhibition.

Amlan the Pirate cleverly performed all the mock moves of the opposing player while playing the player who'd otherwise have been playing the other and in effect copycatted the entire game-array between the two challengers in the separate rooms --- as if they'd been playing each other, with only Amlan (the Pirate!) making the 'mock' moves against the two quarantined challengers. This was all for some Facebook chess-joke, apparently.

CHALLENGER 1: My goodness, I've drawn a stalemate-condition against Amlan (the Pirate) and no idea about the other guy.

CHALLENGER 2: We definitely drew a stalemate (Amlan and I) but I've no clue what the other guy achieved in the other room.

The truth is, Amlan the Pirate staged a mock simulated/synthesized 'blind' game between the two challengers without the two knowing they'd ironically/actually been playing and making moves against each other and not Amlan Satan (the 'Pirate') who'd simply been simulating the moves of the two against each other on two separate boards. You see, the media-figures chess-challengers waging this 'savvy' party-contest that day for Facebook commentary, actually did end up playing 'each other' but had no clue it was through Amlan's mock-moves in their quarantined rooms only Amlan crossed through each move. Amlan explained that the challengers (ironically) didn't need to know the other guy was the challenger they intended to play all along or that it was the challenger's style they'd been contesting. All was 'blind' chess motion(s). The next month, an alien from Mars contacted Amlan Satan (the 'Pirate') after spying on this chess-Earth 'game' from the moon.

ENDYMION: I can see you humans like to make various board-configuration 'stage' exhibitions simply to discover...symmetry?

AMLAN: No, no, no; those two 'blind' chess challengers of media-fun (Facebook!) learned about chess-stalemate depth.

ALIEN: Damn...here I was thinking I'd discovered some special 'diplomacy' frailty in the mind of men; damn.
