I was on the Royal Dutch Airlines flight from North America to the Netherlands where I'd engage with a special Dutch countryside family of good repute/status who'd claimed a sighting of an alien spaceship in the skies above, but I couldn't have anticipated the 'strangeness' of the adventure I was about to log.

My name's Amlan Satan, and I'm a sci-fi comics writer, and I wanted a firsthand account/interview with the gorgeous Kuyt family who'd been living in the Dutch countryside and were raising their kids and claimed to have sighted a UFO and offered photos on the Net and prompted me to do some kind of interview-feature for a comics-storyboard inspiration, perhaps even inspiring some 'cool' Facebook-IQ chats in North America!

When I got to the Netherlands, I couldn't help but admire the strange shapes/designs of the 'exotic' Euro-nation/countryside of fabled soccer/football and music/food/toys and great architecture and landscapes and waterways. In fact, the Countryside boasted a special land-cutting waterway residential design that was simply incredible, ironically reminding me of those 'non-incredible' but rather 'eerie' farm-field 'crop-geometry shapes/patterns' discovered in North America and rumored to be 'crafted' by invader-aliens (Martian/Egyptian)?

I met the bistro manager/waiter Gust who told me about the Kuyt family and how he'd been their trusted buddy and knew of their local 'celebrity' casted by this alien-sighting information on the Net and welcomed me into the Countryside for this comics-inspiration storyboard relevant family-interview about 'encounters' amidst everyday challenging life on Planet Earth.

GUST: I've been a friend to the Kuyts for years, and we've enjoyed our coexistence in the Countryside; I didn't expect this.
ME: The 'alien' sighting is rather 'other-worldly' and prompts 'real' ideations of Earth's 'inviting' feel of 'alien' design(s), no?

When I met the Kuyt family, in their amazing Countryside (Netherlands/Europe) waterway home, I couldn't help but praise its idyllic quaintness and home-charms and what made it a (possible!) ideal location for an 'alien' to claim some kind of intelligence-transit declaration (a 'secret' self-exile chess-IQ requisition for the oceans)?

KUYT: We'd spotted the very unusual alien 'craft' fly-by and resembled jet firstly but then really a hovering 'advanced' ship.

ME: I've been writing sci-fi/horror comics featuring 'dragon' aliens, and wondering if the craft you spotted is drawn by some human machinery/tech/achievement here in this idyllic Earth and perhaps amidst your community of comfortable/challenging citizens, utilizing modern tools of media/gadgets (no?).

This was an ideally wonderful and typical Dutch/European family of good social standing and comfortable living in the Netherlands, and no one would think they'd want to simply 'indulge' in some paranormal/extra-terrestrial reporting fantasy/daydream to suit some media/commercial vanity; they may've well been a 'calendar' family from Europe (really).

I even found a 'fantastic' portrait-rendition as a 'gift' which I gave to the Kuyt-family friend (Gust) and requested he 'persuade' the alien-witness family to mount the image somewhere (on their website/mantle) to cast their special gratitude for the 'limelight' they found themselves in after seeing what's certainly some kind of 'superstition' event on Earth. This would complement my current sci-fi/horror comics tale/idea about a dragon-alien visiting Washington.

I showed the Kuyts my good-album of Giger's alien-sculptures/artworks, a renowned presentation of alien-life fears and encounters with the other-worldly, of darkness. I asked them if they'd started to feel that their 'experience' with the craft-sighting in the Countryside made them all-the-more 'drawn' into this 'dominion' of human consciousness/imagination!

KUYT: Not really, no, Mr. Satan; we like collecting Dutch antiques and commercial 'treasures' like old-world craftsman-toys!

When I returned one year later, with all my comics-inspiration notes for my sci-fi/horror 'fable' about a dragon-alien visiting Washington, I knew then to use the Kuyt-experience in that idyllic Netherlands Countryside as a 'real' inspiration. I had embarked on a literary journey for the folk-arts, and I'd feel 'good' about casting chats/ideations of this imaginative journey for Facebook-IQ, perhaps with one of my Facebook-chess pals in DC!

The secret part of this strange tale I'm writing, really to myself, in this time-capsule diary, which would only be revealed if someone in the far-future of Earth discovered it, was that the Kuyts/Gust and I really did encounter a 'dragon' alien during our shared experience/time/research in that idyllic Dutch Countryside (Europe). You see, that alien craft was real, and what came out of it was a strange insect-dragon 'creature' who explained he 'liked' the geometry/intuition behind the European/Earth life-style and sought to resign himself to the deep-ocean Earth abyss as a self-exiled isolationist (permanent) with the simple overground species-land encounter message, "Don't seek species information for beings beyond the general/mental 'reach' of perceptible likeness, for we are truly different, as I'm into the 'darkness' of chess-IQ/intelligence, while the Kuyts and their friends (e.g., Satan) are more into...d/movies (acceptable)."
