A unit of bank-robbers in Los Angeles called Red-Mask was scheming to swap Baron Goldfinger's blood-diamonds from the CUE-Bank (insured) with toy glass beads in the autumn of 2022, as the NFL season kicked-off.

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the world-gem exchange and makes terrorism woe.

DAVID: We'll do our act of costuming as 'Libyan-terrorists' with a scheme to create blood-diamond media splashes.
AMLAN: Yes; the press shall consider this 'stunt' some strange media-debacle regarding Goldfinger's leaks into foreign-market.
ERNIE: Wow, this should make Los Angeles much more Facebook-chess exciting, no?

Costuming as terrorists from Libya, the Red-Mask trio marched in with toy water-rifles filled with hot-acid and demanded to be taken to the vault-room of the CUE-Bank in Los Angeles and burned a hole into the Goldfinger-box and swapped his Sierra Leone pirate-stones with toy-beads and left a note, "Insured gems from Africa with pirate-note into North America has drawn in the 'investors' from the Middle East, good baron, so watch for signs on Facebook for pedestrian Halloweentime (football-season) dramatists."

GOLDFINGER: I'm an insured investor from Seoul with ties to major Angeles-factory and have no clue of this tie to Libyan-IQ!

Hot on the trail of the 'diabolical' Red-Mask was the LAPD detective Danica Patrick who'd considered infiltrating the trio of bank-robbers, whom she was sure plotted this 'Libyan-mock' stunt for media-splash which would draw out Goldfinger-gossip with insured-gems of controversial note while covering their own (certainly!) American tracks, by posing as a regular patron of a nightclub she'd be sure the captain of the Red-Mask would frequent as a night-time conversationalist!

DANICA: Do you come here often, Amlan?
AMLAN SATAN: Sure; I take photos for a cyber-fanzine called Dartmouth-Diamonds ('DD').

ERNIE: Man, stop dating this Patrick-woman, Amlan Satan; I think she's somehow tied to the bank we just stunted, friend.

AMLAN: Relax, bud; this girl's got everything I need/want; I'm going to take her to New Zealand, away from Los Angeles.

ERNIE: Well, me thinks you should 'confer' with some insiders at the bank to see if Danica's tied to the institution (somehow).

AMLAN: Alright, but just because you suggested it, Ernie.

ERNIE: Good; thanx!

Amlan left a love-note in Danica's mailbox in Angeles with a comics-doodle depicting himself as a masked cartoon-vigilante and Danica as a 'heroine-angel' with the message, "I know of your ties to the inquiry surrounding Goldfinger's empire, darling; which is sad, because you'd be my New Zealand escape-plan(s), but keep this 'art' as a testament to what you awakened in me in Los Angeles, Danica --- a revived sense of youth (ha)."

LAPD: So, you think Amlan's somehow tied to an Interpol-method against Baron Goldfinger now, officer?
DANICA: I dunno; I got the eerie confusion that this guy's as heroic as he is a pseudo-villain, chief.

LAPD: Go check out the Catholic-church, Patrick, and see if you can catch him there praying for you, darlin'.

DANICA: Right (ha).
