The Hittites were known for their metallurgy among other things, their swords/spears/tools of great craftsmanship and preceded the emergence of the 'flowery' and cuneiform(s) of Egypt. This serves as the background for our future-Earth fable about a Martian who seeks legal counsel on Earth, from a human scientist and legalese expert named Amlan Satan who, incidentally, was descended from Hittites.

ALIEN (Endymion): Damn; I need legal-expertise to clear myself from science-experiment inquiry/IQ and find chess-IQ liberty.

Amlan Satan, a fan of FaceWorld-chess, a cool modern Earth (22nd-Century) tech-app which enables anyone to play anyone in cyber-chess at anytime, save games, and open/adapt/revise their play-experience(s), sometimes shifting between players/groups to create more variance. Well, Endymion also became quite fond of this tech-app and played Satan and sought asylum in the Earth-ocean abyss so no one or future alien intelligence/species would intrude on his self-exiled status, and Amlan was his formal legal counsel for this diplomacy request.

SATAN: Judge, this is a simple chess-toy diplomacy request for a peaceful/spacious ocean-abyss residency-status for non-contact without any further legal compact/requisition regarding more experimental investigations into the quality or nature of Endymion's search for planetary religion and reminds us of the enclaves of the tool-driven Hittites and how such illumination informs the light-structures of our modern (22nd-Century) Blue Planets and in fact this grand metal courthouse for Endymion, Judge.

ENDYMION: Thank you so much, Mr. Satan; you're truly a great legal expert and human-chess messenger; I needed the DNA!

AMLAN: Accordingly, everything was done accordingly, Endymion; we're psyched about your love of our video-games/building.

DIARY-ENTRY: Were it not for future-Earth/advanced legal science(s) courtship and cyber-media openness, diplomatic alien-residency requisition/status may be left for the birds-and-lasers, something even the Hittites would cry about, lamenting about the lack of diplomats in times/eras of great...distance(s).
