The Old Earth had toasted-and-boasted wonders of architecture and design, completely destabilized by the Apocalypse and nuclear-radiation fallout which mutated most of the monkey population, transforming them into overgrown super-intelligent ape-soldiers who assembled into a civilization-dominating 'clan' known as the Centurions who'd keep these 'relic-portraits' of Old Earth as simple 'memories' of distances.

Caesar, monkey-monarch of this New Earth, the Planet of the Apes, marshaled the forces, rallying defector-humans as 'loyalists' and uniting all the super-monkeys into a planet-domineering species, determined to create a socialist World-Order that no human resistance could withstand, given the minority-numbered population of Apocalypse-survivors!

AMLAN SATAN (Human-Resistance-Captain): I'll use stalemate-conditions chess-play to downsize the tyranny of Caesar's IQ.

Ironically, Satan's defiance-scheme for chess-IQ rather worked beautifully, and all living beings of New Earth were suddenly aware of the shocking reality that the human survivors had 'matched' the Centurion monkey-kingdom of Caesar's 'owned' planet with stalemate intelligence, drawing a contract-sovereignty design, moving Caesar to transport all his monkey-drones and traitor-loyalists to New Zealand, while Satan began administering new medical science(s) to create an inventive post-Apocalypse Earth-IQ life...of sanity.

AMLAN SATAN: (Commander-President) "I shall use general wit(s) and cyber-ingenuity to cast new ideations of human-beauty."

CAESAR: I won't allow this sovereignty triumph of Satan's Human-Resistance chess-'nation' to denounce our own combat-IQ.

Of course, the Centurions' Caesar and his 'combat-IQ' vision would now have to be, by custom(s), quarantined to New Zealand only, as he reared his monkey-generation(s) to literally/figuratively cast 'privatized' forms of combat-exercises/entertainment that would no longer interfere in the New Earth human vision(s) of Commander-President Satan's grand North American cyber-democracy!

AMLAN SATAN: As your proud/declarative Commander-President, I praise my guardians (in armor/uniform) to praise goods-IQ.

While Satan married and began rebuilding the pre-Apocalypse vision of leagues-of-nations united through commercial goods trade/exchange(s), Caesar remained 'happily' in New Zealand and cast only privatized rhetoric(s) regarding the human survivors' post-Apocalypse 'blueprint(s)' of grander survivalism-IQ oriented democracy...and the dollar(s).
