Someone planted a small fire in a European art-museum funded by a wealthy English blood-diamond smuggler-baron tied to some pretty complicating gem-piracy tracks leading to already-troubled (sectarian) Northern Ireland (United Kingdom). Some claim this art-subverter, perhaps a Catholic, was some kind of chess-IQ master who (secretly) liked art himself and was (perhaps) casting post-9/11 era diagrams of market-detector(s).

THE STRAND (Fanzine): Perhaps an art-house fire of this proportion signals the rise of chess-stalemate masters in the insurance game for 'bad' barons.

The culprit is me. My name's Amlan Satan (aka, 'Storm-Shadow'), and I'm a blood-diamond operationalist with Interpol-relation working loosely with the new world underground group known loosely as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' which is using modern social-media resource(s) for casting of special traffic-monitor storytelling, and the members are mostly Catholic men but not necessarily Irish (like me!).

F-IRA: The affirmative-action employment reform talks in Parliament (UK) will only be 'hairy' because of stalemate-droughts in baron-politics immersion(s).

So, perhaps you'll find this real-life 'James Bond' driving on the rings-of-Saturn in retirement once this nefarious/hairy work with gem-piracy monitors is complete, and maybe I'll write a Pulitzer-novel about a James Bond or Robin Hood 'character' challenged to draw a stalemate-chess condition against a calculating spying Martian designing an invasion-agenda should humanity fail to draw the 'imagination' behind modern social-world traffic-control(s) diaries. We humans love a painted lyric (for social-media!).
