I went to the moon for Weyland space-exploration company and returned home with a strange haunted feeling, convinced I was engaged by a vaporous invisible alien who'd made me obsessed with chess, which is why I became a Facebook-chess player, relentless, with this eerie memory of trekking on the lunar surface. This is my story!

Now, on Earth, there'd been many scientists/nerdists who studied/evaluated the contours/shape(s) of stalemate-chess, which is a piece-position strategy-game condition involving a perfect axis-of-parity or tie/draw or no-win decision, wrought from perfectly casted parallels between the skill-level(s) of the two competitors. These scientists/nerdists studied how the 'parallel-mirror' axis of stalemate-chess casted a special imagination about the complexity of the game as it reflected the political equivalence of power-comparative competitors, arguably symbolic of entire nation-states (e.g., Cold War chess stories about the iconic rivalry between American Bobby Fischer and Russian Boris Spassky). Is this why the haunting alien I encountered on the moon wanted me to become a chess-paraoid on Earth?

Well, I'd decided I wouldn't let this 'alien-contact' define my psyche and let me become a chess-obsessive, so I started to play chess with myself, making strange and fun diagrams of the axes-of-symmetry in the board-game on the two dual sides, with double-symmetry between the bishop-pairs and knight-pairs (etc.) on each side/team, and I began to wonder if such symmetry of multiple dimensions created in me a special 'fascination' with the arrays of strategy diversification emerging from a 'simple' ground-symmetry 'state' of perfect mirror-opposites. Now, I knew why the alien wanted me to feel haunted by chess-IQ, and I began blogging on social-media, sharing with others this 'image' of the kaleidoscope of chess-symmetry complexity and why it engendered (in me!) a special 'society-friendship' feeling of 'pure' distance(s)!

I thought about the wonders/imaginations that defined my humanness, and why/how I'd considered the game of chess, and its multiple level(s) of symmetry in strategy a 'cool' casting of what makes the mind so preoccupied with the forms of opposition and difference or even variation! In fact, chess is like life itself, since it inspires in all human beings a sense of the 'mystery' of the differentiations between minds...and hearts!

So, I procured a special 'trophy' of capitalism-culture for Earth-treasure. It was an Upper-Deck Jim Abbott card, a great memento of what makes competition-consciousness such a 'symmetry' of the consciousness regarding diversified activity...or talent! Did this alien on the moon simply want me to 'dwell' in the fantasy of capitalism's competition-face and why I'd think of symmetry/opposition as a 'hologram' for perfected democracy?

I purchased a Cabbage-Patch piggy-bank doll and began to drop special antique coins inside, and I'd decide that my 'education' in the levels of 'symmetry' in chess-IQ and competition-consciousness, reflected in Earth-capitalism itself, was somehow a 'perfect' daydream about the sculpting of personality, ambition, and perhaps even innocence!
