May the Rads/Tubes (two differing US-clans!) find romance-parity given their opposition-axes regarding sports/chess dimension?

A romance-behavior parody inspired by For Love of the Game.

Two clans of folks in the United States were very different. One liked only baseball and how it was circulated all over the media-circle(s) of modern-TV/media/money. This 'clan' was called the Rads, and they loved Fox and the Angels.

RADS: We're in love with many teams of baseball, and we'd see many fans these days from media celebrating the sport now!

The other clan, the Tubes, loved chess, and they loved it so much that they preferred it over even World Series TV-fanfare/spirit(s). The Tubes were mostly Ivy League students/faculty and liked to read books and make computer diagrams about stalemate-chess, a special condition in the piece-position movement strategy board game of symmetry/diagonals indicating a complete parallel in offense-defense competitiveness, a tie/draw or no-win decision. The Tubes liked to think of chess as a form of intelligence evolution and collected special sets representing human fantasy about intuitive design(s).

TUBES: We love chess; we love stalemate-chess (with Martians!); we like posting on social-media to 'lure' in competitors now.

Now, many of the members of the Rads/Tubes happened to be Catholics, and they were all US-citizens, and they both liked to visit special cathedrals of stained-glass magic/beauty which reminded them of the lofty-height(s) of human-IQ and the 'fitness' of spiritual prayer(s) for Earth's 'fantastic' dream.

RADS: We love cops and we love cops in Europe too, especially those who protect our fine athletes (baseball!) visiting.

TUBES: We appreciate how policemen all around the world offer traffickers nice comfy feeling(s) about street-hygiene!

Amlan Satan, captain of the Tubes, married Shelbye, a fashion-model (redhead-stunner!) and fan of baseball and a (secret) member of the Rads. Mr. Satan always had a sneaker-suspect 'feeling' that Shelbye was a Rads-member, but because he had no proof, he came up with a 'bright' plan to see what her magazine-culture fascination would draw her to, behaviorally.

SHELBYE: Alright.

After Satan/Shelbye of the Rads/Tubes enjoyed the special Cold-War (chess) documentary together, Amlan ran out to the antique store in his hometown (Haddonfield) and purchased a very-fine baseball-figurine crafted/themed wood-chess set/board and brought it home as a wrapped gift for his darling Shelbye, to ask her if she was 'very' pleased with the 'gesture' of such a gift...since she already (casually) told him she was not a fan of chess but of baseball!
