Amlan Satan had been working as a real-life James Bond type character in the modern Earth-world of blood-diamond infiltrations in British Columbia (North America), casting special social-media ideations of citizenry-oriented 'vigilance'/storytelling regarding capitalism monitors for journals.

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the world-gem exchange(s) and makes terrorism woe!

However, this 'prince' had a secret hobby/pastime --- baseball! He'd collected baseball-cards since he was a young boy (United States) and enjoyed collecting/playing baseball video-games (Nintendo, Genesis, Xbox), and he liked the recreation of 'rivalry' games he invented between the Mets-Reds of NY/Cincinnati, since both teams had traversed special World Series 'iconography' lore (i.e., media-legend field errors/controversy and underdog-triumph --- 1986/1990).

His wife (Sandy) was a Mets fan, as he'd been, since they shared an apartment in Manhattan which he'd visit when he was in the United States (off-work!). She'd no idea what he was up to or that he was a 'James Bond' of the blood-diamond world(s). All she believed was that 'Prince Satan' was some kind of gem-commerce financier/consultant for the world-market(s). When he visited in the baseball-season, he certainly took her to Mets games as the World Series approached.

SANDY: I got you this 'fantastic' baseball-figurine/themed chess-set/board, darling.

AMLAN: Very cool, honey-bee; how'd you know I was a fan of chess (I never mentioned it)?

SANDY: I had a 'funny' feeling you'd been in intelligence-world(s) I'd not surmised despite our life!
AMLAN: Alright; why the baseball-chess?
SANDY: You need a 'primer' on the 'stalemate' of romance-tempered competition/chess --- which is baseball.

AMLAN: You always hit the tone(s) of love's chess-entrance(s), Sandy.

Will this love between James Bond and the iconic 'baseball-life' (United States) hit the right tone(s) of civilization 'chess' (or negotiations)? One thing's for sure --- as this year's World Series is underway, sports/baseball fans of modern capitalism-culture will 'toast' the nature of human/Earth emojis (or descent).
