Kill EelakiliA Story by Abishai100Narrated vignette of a twin's encounter (Algiers) involving a deadly heist and a potential redeeming miracle (for everyone!).
A very cool Saturday-eve heist-fable (dark) inspired loosely by Killing Zoe (Eric Stoltz). Hope you like,

==== I never thought I'd endure what I did during my trip to Algiers, when I agreed reluctantly to visit my estranged twin brother Ajay. I was happy in New England collecting baseball-cards, a really wonderful modern collection which included very nice collectors' miniature prizes like Olympics-USA cards. I just thought I was taking some simple and innocent off-time from the United States. ![]() My name's Amlan, and I decided this trip to Algiers would give me the needed off-time to get my mind off work and reconcile with my strange and estranged brother/twin Ajay. We were both boys in Chicago when we shared love of video-games, but I became a Catholic, and he became a Satanist after college (Dartmouth). ![]() AJAY: We walk in wearing sunglasses and Coronavirus-masks and our usual shaved heads and wielding acid-guns! AMLAN: Brother, I thought you'd become crazier than before, but I doubted my own lack of faith and wanted chess with you. AJAY: I can't stand chess; stalemate-chess; that's what should've happened in the Cold-War (Stalemate); this is better, Amlan! AMLAN: Are you insane...I'm an Interpol-relations private detective, Ajay. AJAY: Are you serious; I mean, are you serious...I brought you here because of your chess-excellence, brother. AMLAN: My goodness; what do you want me to do exactly? AJAY: You're the good thief and I'm the bad one; you burn the safe-box with blood-diamonds with the acid-guns. AMLAN: What will you be doing in that time, Ajay? AJAY: Crowd control...I'll lightly spray the guardsman-hostage foot/shoe with acid and then the security cameras (ha). AMLAN: We used to play chess together, brother...what happened to you? AJAY: This will be more excellent; you'll do this for me, because you're my brother...and then we'll part-ways, ok? ![]() What choice did I have, really? I knew if I refused this twin-lunatic, he'd do something worse in frustration like blow up a closed shop or something in Algiers. I didn't want that kind of rep with my estranged sibling, especially a twin! So, I did what he told me to, and all I was to do was burn a hole in the safe-box and swap some evil baron's blood-diamonds with toy beads or glass fake diamonds Ajay gave me to hide in the soles of my shoes. I have to admit, given Ajay's complete lunacy, he was quite 'super' human with his crowd-control methods. I mean, everyone thought it was just 'saner' to listen to him and keep quiet and seated while I did the safe-box burn/gem-swap. I'd never forget what Ajay looked like in his sunglasses and Coronavirus mask (perhaps I'll always now think of him as my opposite when I put on my own sunglasses/mask!). ![]() This story isn't as normal/complete as you may've assumed by now, because inside that very bank in Algiers, worked a very lovely Persian woman named Eelakili who worked there for about 1 year as a window-teller who wanted no trouble. I recognized her from the street just one-week prior to heist-day, when crazy-twin Ajay was riding me around Algiers in a double-seat bicycle. She was wearing sunglasses and eating ice-cream. I was in love. However, I'd no idea this is where I'd see her amazing face again --- on heist-day. By a stroke of miracles, I escaped with Eelakili and Ajay was shot/killed by the entering policemen of Algiers who broke-in and fouled out the heist, and I sneaked out the back-door (with the evil baron's blood-diamonds) with Eelakili (wow). ![]() EELAKILI: Algiers is a truly improved foreign city from your United States which you'd not seen; there's social-media love now. ![]() When Eelakili and I escaped to New Zealand, we married and had a son (Damian) and I bought him a 'cool' eBay sci-fi alien-thriller action-figure (toy robot figure!), and I've gotten over that entire hellish misadventure with my killed twin (Ajay), and I'll always be 'haunted morally' by that image of that potential reality that the outcome of that heist-day was that someone (Ajay?) would want to kill Eelakili (my real creative doll). ![]() AJAY: "Regardless of what happens tomorrow, my brother Amlan; remember this --- we'll drink in the art of Paris (France) IQ." ![]() That's my story of how no-one would want to kill Eelakili. I yielded a miracle out of Hell, and I'll simply put that twin-memory of Ajay out of my scarred brain. All I think of now is Damian.
