Amlan Satan had become an expatriate-Toronto resident and banked with the local financial institution while secretly plotting a stranger heist of the bank's safe-box holding Baron Goldfinger's smuggled blood-diamonds from Sierra Leone (Africa). He'd become an 'Earth-prince' of the modern underground "Robin-Hood" world of gem-piracy information.

Because he'd become an Earth-prince of social-media (e.g., Facebook-chess), he was sort of creating a special 'ring' for the securities surrounding blood-diamond 'chess' in North America, and the irony was that while in the United States, he'd been tied to the Penn-State jewelry guardians and was now working against Baron Goldfinger for social-media gossip (ha).
