Snake-Eyes tracked his old childhood nemesis (Storm-Shadow) to the challenged Windy-City (United States) of blood-diamond 'troubles' linking to Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) for a mission about structural integrity/traffic chess.

STORM-SHADOW: You daft fool...I lured you to Chicago so I'd be in Paris (meanwhile) for a nanochemical attack on the Tower!

SNAKE-EYES: You seek to dismantle the structural integrity of the 'excellent' Eiffel-Tower, you evil egg?

STORM-SHADOW: Why not?

This nanochemical(s) attack on the Tower (Paris) signified a Cobra-Terrorism attack on the heart of tourism in the post-Coronavirus tribulation era of Europe, which is precisely what Storm-Shadow intended, ahead of the anticipated Qatar World Cup, the first-time a Muslim nation would host the iconic world-soccer tourney, for fear(s) surrounding Earth-organics.

STORM-SHADOW: Ever since we'd been young lads at Exeter, Snake, I knew you'd become a 'dentist' for humanity's sake!

SNAKE-EYES: You're the wayward fool, Shadow, but I'd become a man of underground heroics and patriotism --- not vanity.

While this hellish rivalry ensued, the world mourned the serious devastation of the Tower (Paris), and Snake-Eyes wouldn't allow this new dismay to 'trouble' his sense(s) of capitalism-chess/defense(s) for the sake of humanity's art (ha).

STORM-SHADOW: Me wonders what a spying "Martian" would think of all this Euro-terror(s) and inventive Hell, Snake?
SNAKE-EYES: You fail to breach the foolish scopes of Euro-chess and the rating(s) of manmade stalemates for intelligence!

Fortunately, for the sake of the legacy/story of the Tower (Paris), Snake-Eyes the hero outmatched the evil Storm-Shadow in a stalemate-game involving cornering the Cobra-Terrorist in a warehouse in France and drawing him to incarceration. Meanwhile, Snake-Eyes, the man (Amlan Satan) decided to bake a very goodly lobster-and-cheese quiche for his darling new bride (Etienne) in Paris.

ETIENNE: How you'd find time-off from your architecture-intelligence 'chess' to find me in a bridal-boutique here is miracle!

Amlan Satan took Etienne to a North American Wingate where he spent a nice honeymoon with her and forgot about his lifelong pursuit of the evil Storm-Shadow, and meanwhile, the GI-Joe HQ-men were looming the special news/story surrounding the new erection(s) in Paris linking the mourning/glory of human race ideations/endurance to the resilience of New York city (and the United States!).
