We were flying over the Andes, in our South American plane for a special exhibition game of international soccer to cheer on the Argentine triumph in the Qatar World Cup, the first-ever soccer-tourney Cup hosted by a Muslim nation. This is the story of a harrowing adventure not involving sports cheers but the wrought chess endurance of a very different trial/triumph...involving actual cannibalism.

The crash in the snowy Andes was caused by a malfunctioning engine and problem drawing our soccer-team plane from North America too close to the mountain peaks and taking us all down and into the snowy depths where most of us crawled out to find the right ways to endure this horrid trial in the cold Earth, with no signs of rescue/search by the authorities for quite a long time. We were running out of the food-stuffs inside the plane which were loaded only for our short-flight time. It's why we had to resort to cannibalism eventually, eating/picking the flesh for cooking from the snow-buried victims of the crash who didn't survive like the rest of us. We remembered these casualties from our world soccer team.

The plane-food which was loaded onto our short-flight was quite good and reasonably well-made and in reasonably good amount but it simply ran out too quickly for us to rationalize staving off our natural human hunger-pains, and it's why we had no choice but to eventually 'forsake' the nature-thanksgiving of what was loaded by the airplane's staff prior to the flight's takeoff. Thanksgiving would never again be the same (for us!).

Cannibalism had a long and eerie history on Earth, and various groups and cultures practiced/endorsed it in varied forms and for differing reasons, some for Occult beliefs and others for 'creative' alternative searches to mainstream social behaviors. What we did in the Andes was based purely/only on survival methods. However, as we ate the flesh of our fallen comrades, we started to feel like we'd been 'drawn' into the dark-side of human survival and perhaps to Occult experimentation in the likes we'd never experienced (before) or would ever again (after).

DIARY: I wonder if the Occult depictions of this species sacrifice-behavior/will signals a 'chess' deformity of the race-Ego.

I remember now what we endured and the 'miracle' of the Andes survival and what we'd feel/believe had we come-out in the end in a more 'mint' condition, without any fear of wrought morality challenges and why/how we 'transcended' cannibalism for the sake of human race endurance. I remember myself what I'd think of myself, as the eventual 'fearless leader' who inspired the other survivors to go through with the cannibal-decision until rescue hopes became realistic. We ended up trekking through the mountains in groups and finally found a campsite near a settlement which drew us back to civilization and the normal prospects of society behavior and social-media comments/chats about our Andes 'mint' conditions!

I got myself an 'alien-invader' chess-set/toy-board following this 'harrowing' Andes-condition, and I'd think of that cannibalism metaphysics-condition transcendence and how we came out with a more 'crystal' view of the nature of human endurance and what it signaled for the decisions that marked intelligence/sanity! I play chess against myself (now) with this alien-invader/movie (sci-fi) themed chess-toy and remember our Andes 'mint' condition as somehow a 'miracle' toast to what makes our human 'race' of wills/Ego a 'thing' of great moved emotion (or direction!).

“I have no doubt that it is a part of the destiny of the human race, in its gradual improvement, to leave off eating animals, as surely as savage tribes have left off eating each other when they came in contact with the more civilized” (Thoreau).
