A 'game' of chess was being played in the 'Wonderland' lore of Boston (New England) when two comic-book artists (Amlan/Marcus) and Amlan's girlfriend (Ezzy) were invited to a blood-diamond baron's mansion in the iconic Massachusetts city of great schools and street-traffic. Follow along in this strange if 'troubling' adventure of the modern era.

AMLAN: We're going to persuade Baron Ion in his own mansion that our ownership of a special magic-set of underdog World Series (Upper Deck) team-cards (baseball/Reds) cast us as 'worthy' New England reps of social-media/comics writing and patriotism themes 'conducive' for investor-relations PR and therefore 'pardoning' us from his stern eye/extortion(s) and 'freeing' us for more liberal open-life cafe-traffic and cyber-posts about citizenry democracy (wow).

Amlan was a cyber-comics artist/writer penning special Captain America and Richie Rich capitalism-chess patriotism 'fanfiction' tales when his band of artists/writers (Marcus/Ezzy) caught the attention of Baron Ion who employed Amlan as a New England junior-league travel-team soccer club (Valencia) to enhance his cyber-PR branches in the overground commerce-life Ego world, but now Ion wanted to collect on his social-world charity by employing the trio in a more 'complex' social-world activity (wow).

MARCUS: We're not going to become 'pawn-sacrifice' agents of Ion's stranger blood-diamond cyber-universe or public-relations challenge-agents, so this plan has to work, but if we work through it inside the bad Baron's Boston mansion with Amlan's swift 'chess' schema, we might 'draw' that cool pardon from Ion's dominion and hence feel safer from his Gargoyles for our enduring social-media/'Selfie' culture of personality-secured writing(s).

EZZY: I've been writing fanfiction-complement dialogue-boards and pic-placements for Amlan's various Captain America writes (cyber) featuring Wonder Woman fanfiction-imagination storyboards and was 'shocked' when Amlan/Marcus told me about this 'Ion-threat' to our social-media works and hoped this plan would return us (all) to our more 'democratic' state of competition-securities lifestyle (hmm).

BARON ION: What's this, Prince Amlan --- a sticker-label art-image of an espionage-themed robot-warrior ('avatar')?

AMLAN: This is just a prologue to what we've brought to your estate for showcase/argument today for Bostonian-lore, Baron Ion.

ION: You informed me prior to your visit to my estate you were at the Harvard Library for some sports-treasure media-message about modern cyber-artists/writers work concerning hero-patriot sportsmanship securities (football/baseball)?
AMLAN: Excellence, Ion; in fact, we created a history-collage for social-media relations concerning a very symbolic underdog baseball-card set of the 1990 Reds team which 'shocked' the A's for a culture-title of laurel(s)-proportion!

MARCUS: As you see, baron, this 1990 Reds (Upper Deck) set is underdog-glory at its best (the triumphant shock to the dominant A's that season!).

EZZY: We're going to feature a Captain America fanfic with you as an 'investor-avatar' reference including these Reds-cards of 'underdog' capitalism lore.

ION: This is excellence; but what about 'society' insurance, Prince Amlan?

AMLAN: Leave that to me, Ion; I'll 'persuade' our fans these Reds-diamonds re-present a 'Bostonian' baseball-romance for post-9/11 era dollar(s).

The next month, the fans of Amlan/Marcus/Ezzy flooded their fan/art-cyber boxes with queries/concerns/cheers regarding their 'weaving' of the Reds-team set as a society-capitalism imagination 'insurance-security' defense against any threat to overground patriotism-comics posed by modern underground crime-worlds, and meanwhile, the trio had evaded any 'impression' by blood-diamond Baron Ion who conceded this social-media 'gesture' secured his media-relations/journals regarding conflict-zone gem traffic insurance messages (with Interpol-relation).

AMLAN: I made us this delicious egg-curry for this micro-miracle.

EZZY: Seems Ion's satisfied; rumors fly he's off to Switzerland (for peace).

MARCUS: Never 'doubt' the quality of hospitality-chess for defense of the 'folk' town (Boston!).

BARON ION: I've got my Saab and that art-pic sticker of that 'cool' espionage robot-warrior avatar from Prince Amlan and prepared to retire to Zurich/Switzerland; if this plan failed, I'd have turned 'three-amigos' into diamond-slaves (ha).

AMLAN: Will you sign my Reds-cards, Mr. Hank?
TOM HANK: Well, I didn't expect that 'famous' underground cyber-comics sports/patriotism writer to appear at my special Dan Brown novels/films adaptation symposium here at Harvard, good man!

AMLAN: I know; but our recent 'diamond-miracle' posed us as worthy of this media-relations joint message about fanfiction/film reviews of post-9/11 era society-art 'defense' ideology regarding 'pure' commerce-life Ego storyboards (ha).

TOM HANK: Keep up the good-work, prince; maybe we'll come across your cyber-writes (Wonder Woman?) by a 'hologram' cyber-channel (eh?).
