Can vigilance deal with a Windy-City 'conspiracy' threatening basic commercial life securities...or wind?

A city-dramatism inspired by the fun/exciting American paranoia-film The Siege (Ed Zwick).

AMLAN: We intercept a chess-conspiracy in the Windy-City for an insurance security against a major 'alien' invasion (Cobra).

EZZY: Seems Chicago's not seen something on the scale of Pearl-Harbor and is as sensitive as post-9/11 New York (now)!

MARCUS: We'd want to utilize social-media access to citizenry-commentary regarding capitalism-superstition insurance (USA).

The daring trio of Amlan/Ezzy/Marcus composed the daring intelligence-unit in Chicago known 'loosely' as the Ace(s) and plotted a chess-political infiltration of a dangerous (Cobra) 'invasion' from British Columbia (North America) possibly tied to some North Korean chemical weapons storage/funding 'agenda' linked to a Trump Administration 'incident' involving nuclear escalation 'messages' for social-media intrigue. The 'cool' Ace(s) sought to use special chess-club (Windy-City) cyber-imagery to fight the street-lore notion that Homeland treasure-securities/insurance wouldn't be wrought by its own citizenry engaged in its own commerce-life Ego defenses (e.g., Labor Day).

AMLAN: I've heard 'street-gossip' that Cobra's to hide chemicals in the basement of Chicago's art-museum for future 'tax.'

Some say this agenda by Cobra was financed by the mystery-man Euro-investor John Gage who'd seen his 'underground name' thrown around in modern social-media/cinema, but was now interested in affixing himself as a major 'player' in the terror-finances game in the modern Earth, and he had insider-info on the nature of government disclosures regarding biogenetics/chemical research conducted by clandestine groups tied to anti-American governments since the end of the Cold-War (wow).

AMLAN: If this guy ('Mr. Gage') is like a Bond-villain, we're to rechannel the weapons-shipments; maybe for media-cartoons!

Ezzy/Marcus planted a thousand sheets of copied capitalism-parody avatars - "Evil-Elf" - all over the streets of Chicago and by its municipal offices on the morning (dawn) of the Cobra 'invasion' and drew thousands of social-media comments and meanwhile forced the national government to speculate on a potential real terrorist-movement tied to some foreign agenda. DC speculated this 'comics-act' was somehow related to some Russian controversy surrounding Ukraine/Crimea.

AMLAN: This 'agenda 'for pirate-politics is as worthy of human chess as Cold-War era commerce comedian-art (but silent!).

Would the valiant Ace(s) succeed in this 'agenda' for Windy-City defenses in this time of potential city invasion (Cobra) and create the 'right-stuff' of capitalism-intrigue patriotism required for secured Homeland hospitality? After all, Chicago had been the great city of pluralism traffic, sports-markets, treasures, and multicultural eateries.

AMLAN: "I'm going to retire someday and make my wife some delicious world-fare representative egg-curry (for Easter-IQ!)."
