A media-angst ridden American pursues photography of an iconic actress (Chicago) but may find 'distant' Ego.

A media-industry parody fable referencing the cool film-actress Thora Birch and adapted from the celebrity-consciousness 'paranoia' and disorientation themes from Being John Malkovich, obviously with no 'real-life' intersection regarding the referenced/alluded actress or the original film/director itself! The O'Hare (Airport) is where Amlan Satan wandered around during a special season when the iconic film-actress Thora Birch, the object of his antisocial obsessiveness, was randomly traversing the area/airport during the research for her new tourism-themed movie called Dreaming of Moving.

He graduated from Dartmouth and was a promising young writer when something in him simply/inexplicably snapped and decided to become a self-proclaimed 'celebrity-stalker' and chose (randomly) this certain film-actress (Thora Birch) and decided to make her his special/magical 'subject' for his private journal concerning the 'personality' deformity in social-media culture created by consumerism overstimulation, drawing citizenry-commentary about 'lifestyle' entertainment/arts.

Now, we all know Thora Birch had established herself as a prominent figure in the movie/media industry, having won a 'cool' BAFTA nomination for her work in American Beauty, and she was a young child actress appearing as Harrison Ford's daughter in Patriot Games. Well, now this 'shiny' film genius girl had become Amlan Satan's special 'call-sign' for a stranger form of media-industry 'consciousness' regarding the eschewed forms of consumerism/entertainment life angst in the Western-world (wow).

Satan spotted the lovely Thora first in the street-lot outside O'Hare wandering around in one of her upcoming film costumes and doing 'street-aura' research and experience examination(s) and wondered what the actress was 'thinking' regarding the feel/look of Windy-City transit/traffic. He decided to snap a quick photo on his handy-dandy smartphone and compare this image to one he (randomly) found on Google/Yahoo (hmm).

AMLAN SATAN: I'll make a collage comparing this O'Hare imagery-collection to a film-awards ceremony/show collection I've assembled from the modern Internet (ha).

Everything seemed to be going fine. Amlan Satan had no intention to make any lude or loud or lingering open/public statement or social-media message concerning the lovely actress Thora Birch. What he was doing he maintained he was simply doing for himself (and in private!). He'd no intention to disclose this 'secret' if depression-ridden obsession with media-imagery. However, then, one night, he dreamt he was 'transformed' into Thora Birch herself! He dreamt he was living in her shoes and imagined what she'd been doing, where she frequented, and why she loved Chicago/O'Hare and even what she liked eating. When he woke, he realized he was 'truly' going insane and decided to make a very non-Thora cyber/public presentation or write-up which would include a 'cool' child-like comics-doodle of a vigilantism-duo in the Windy-City dealing with both romance...and rumor (ha).

AMLAN SATAN: "With this (newest) revelation, I'm to conclude the 'wisdom' of the transplantation of my 'Thora-depression' with a 'cooler' media-message write-up 'diorama' of the machinery deliciousness of modern Western-world democracy (for the express purpose of overground patriotic and sane detective-works!)."
