Media-Wrench: Art of Coneheads

Media-Wrench: Art of Coneheads

A Story by Abishai100
"

Two college brains merge and derive a 'fantastic' form of civilization readership/romance.

"
A media culture portrait of the 'intellectualism' behind shared/network democracy and conversationalism, inspired (loosely) by the 'street-exchange' themes from the Western journalism examination film The Post (Tom Hanks).

At the Anthropology department of a very respected American college, Professor Lisa Durn was studying the patterns of commerce-life imprints in various capitalism-symbolic 'diadems' reflective of civilization trends and sociological patterns of profit-consciousness marketing/intelligence (wow).

DR. DURN: "At this ideal campus in North America, we examine how resources in the Western-world cater to a 'natural' curiosity among our students regarding the imprints of 'evolutionary views' of civilization or social group organization reflected in actual sociological/anthropological 'patterns' of real (pseudo-democratic) imagination!"

Well, Professor Durn was onto something quite special for this study of commerce-life in the modern Western-world at her respected/flowering Anthropology department and drew image-inspiration for her teachings/writings concerning the commerce/capitalism culture 'trend' of personality-driven social choreography (hmm).

DR. DURN: "Patterns in the modern media culture affecting social views on the 'nature' of organization and commercial vanities will reveal special capitalist race 'attitudes' on the quality of real democracy (certainly)."

Well, a new 'upstart' professor (Amlan Satan) moved to her college/department, having completed a 'field-study' on post-revolution modern Algiers culture/streets and wanted to apply his learning/writing to the study of Western-world 'imprints' of commerce-life intricacy and branches of capitalism-globalism rhetoric affecting a macro-world 'vision' of network-driven 'doctored' sophistication.

SATAN: Seems your view of democratic West is 'colored' glass, Durn.
DURN: You're quite 'liberal' in your critique of 'doctored' social machinery!
SATAN: Don't you 'doubt' the quality of engineered intelligence?
DURN: The ways societies progress with machinery can differ (greatly!).
SATAN: Sure; I suppose a non-Western city like Algiers is distinct/separate.
DURN: Western-world cities (e.g., Chicago) focus on 'market' access more.
SATAN: What you think of this modern IQ concerning globalized markets?
DURN: There's a 'toy' driven imagination concerning commerce-life (now).
SATAN: Yeah...it's all toys, Durn; iPhones, Lego, eTrade, Amazon (etc.).
DURN: Well, where's the Romanticism (then)?
SATAN: We're the right 'duo' to inquire of such a question (no?).
DURN: You strike me as a writer of capitalism's controversy!
SATAN: I sure am; you, contrarily, are more a 'sorceress' of customs-rationale (no?).
DURN: I think we're to learn from each other, here at this college (then).
SATAN: Something we might discuss (then)...over Valentine's Day!
DURN: Alright.
SATAN: Are you a fan (incidentally) of Facebook-chess (social-media)?
DURN: Yeah...I love Facebook-chess; my girlfriends/I play on it, Satan.
SATAN: Excellence; seems we've found a 'personality' contour (here).
DURN: Maybe you'll share this cross-gender 'gift' with your friends too.
SATAN: Alright!

Amlan/Lisa got married and had a son (Damian) whom they hoped would someday be a student/teacher at the college they taught. They got Damian a Peanuts-media chess-set/board on his 10th-birthday and told him about the post-9/11 era of the early 21st-Century which was all about the traffic-imagination and 'storytelling' concerning the choreography of patriotism...with design (wow).

LISA (Durn): Remember your early days in Algiers, hubby?
AMLAN (Satan); Sure I do, Lisa; it was all about 'guerrilla' chess (ha).
LISA: I wonder if Martians would envy our human quality of democracy.
AMLAN: Sure they would; in fact, I remember my days with Algiers stories.
LISA: What were you doing (exactly)?
AMLAN: All kinds of things; mostly casting myself as a 'guerrilla' educator/writer.
LISA: I saw some of your notes/photos; you looked like a radical!
AMLAN: I was indeed; I was like the inventive rendition of Citizen Kane.
LISA: That's sportsmanship!
AMLAN: That's social-media culture for you!

DAMIAN: Thanks for the cheerleader-football trading-cards (Xmas), dad; these are like the 'awesome' photos of American gods (ha).
