Voorhees: Gremlins {Headmaster}

Amlan/Ezzy adopt a 'Maguai-pet' and fail to observe rules-of-prudence, drawing a special Xmas-misadventure of 'hospitality' examination.

Amlan began working on his history-storybook of his beloved Eastern smalltown of Voorhees (NJ/USA) and offered some cool cyber-comics friendly social-media imagery of the 'old' Echelon-Mall and how it engendered in him a special Xmas-season consumerism spirit, after moving to the American Homeland from Algeria in the early 1980s, where he developed a love of traffic-personality storytelling regarding 'capitalist race' superstitions (ha).

AMLAN: "I ran into a stranger Chinese-eatery 'sage' who gifted me a special mystical animal-creature (of unknown mountain/forest origins called a 'Maguai') whom I've adopted and kept as a home-pet in Voorhees and hope to cast in my new cyber-comics storyboard about 'fantastic' creatures scurrying around the iconic Echelon-Mall of the American Homeland, to share with others on social-media interested in the folk 'nerdism' of superstition-driven Western-world personality-driven Ego-lore (ha)."

Amlan had become (by now) a celebrated and popular 'cult-cyber-comics' storywriter and became known in comics-circles as a pedestrian-friendly comics-fanfiction writer and developed his uncanny knack for translating faeries and creatures and Golems and mutant 'superheroes' into capitalism-superstition images/stories concerning the detectives of Homeland securities/comforts (wow).

AMLAN: I've enjoyed being your Voorhees-boyfriend for some time now, Ezzy.

ESMERELDA: I got you this Chinese-Horoscopes mythology book for your Maguai-pet!

AMLAN: This is 'fantastic' reading; the Maguai should really like it; thanks darling.

ESMERELDA: Did your Maguai-pet come with any special instructions or care-IQ?

AMLAN: Indeed; I'm not to 'excite' him or feed him after midnight (the rules).

ESMERELDA: Well, maybe these Zodiac-book from China will offer wisdom/prudence.

AMLAN: This is great, Ezzy; really great (thanx!).

Amlan liked to drive around his Maguai-pet and his Voorhees-girlfriend 'Ezzy' (Esmerelda) whom he'd been dating since the high-school prom. Amlan/Ezzy made a fantastic American couple and he hoped to marry her, once he saved up enough money with his Wall Street investments in Ford (Motor Company). He drove around his Maguai/Ezzy in his brand-new Saab 9-3, and he liked to drive them circles around the Echelon mall entrance circle and the water-fountain area near the Main Street residential block. Everything shined brightly in Voorhees (NJ/USA), but Amlan started to think he might be able to 'experiment' more 'liberally' with his Maguai-pet after this driving (Saab) 'exercise' with Ezzy, which ultimately became a choice-of-vanity.

ESMERELDA: I love the home we share (right here) in Voorhees (Jersey), my fair prince.

AMLAN: Me too; and our Maguai-pet seems happy too...but a 'tad' bored (no?).

ESMERELDA: Did you want to drive him around after sunset in the Saab (then?).

AMLAN: Yeah, let's drive him around after midnight (tonight!).

ESMERELDA: Why not...our home's safe enough for a 'tad' experiment in fun (yeah).

Amlan/Ezzy made a poor-choice which they'd learn after 'witnessing' the sheer consequence(s) of their decision to zoom around their beloved/adorable/mysterious miniature Maguai-pet after midnight in Amlan's Saab. Esmerelda'd wonder what'd happen that holiday-season when they made that fateful decision regarding post-midnight car-joyriding had they not defied the Chinese-eatery sage's 'warning' not to 'experiment' with their Maguai. Ezzy would (eventually) comment on social-media, "Experiments are like life-risk...they draw out in you a 'personality' for humbled American hospitality."

AMLAN: Well, the Maguai seemed quite thrilled at our post-midnight Saab joyride.

EZZY: I agree; let's get him home now and ensure he gets to sleep comfortably/quickly!

AMLAN: Yeah (sure).

Well, folks, the Maguai-pet really did need their new caregivers (Amlan/Esmerelda) to observe the rules of prudence prescribed by the Chinese-eatery 'sage' who sold the mysterious animal-creature to Amlan. For after that post-midnight joyride in Amlan's Saab, the Maguai mutated into a ferocious troll-like 'alter-ego' version of itself, a 'being' of small but ravenous hunger for human flesh. Amlan named the 'beast' Spike (for his spiky white mohawk hair on his ugly-head!).

EZZY: We've got to find a miracle (here), my fair prince; this 'Stripe' is from Hell.

AMLAN: Yeah!

AMLAN: Alright, Esmerelda; I've made some backyard acid for water-gun loading.

EZZY: What's with this?
AMLAN: We'll chase 'Stripe' to the water-fountain of the Mall Main-Street (drown him!).

EZZY: Alright!

CHINESE SAGE: So...you managed the miracle of 'transforming' the Maguai back to form?

AMLAN: Indeed, sir; we chased it with an 'acid-gun' to the Mall fountain and kept it submerged.

CHINESE SAGE: Clever; under-water, it 'mutated' back into its benign manifestation, eh?

AMLAN: Indeed, sir; you can take the Maguai back in your care (now); we can't keep it.

CHINESE SAGE: Indeed...you discovered a 'fountain-miracle' for restoration(s) of homeland.

Amlan adapted his Xmas adventure with the Maguai into a 'fantastic' Xmas-season adventure-fantasy comic featuring the images of the mysterious animal-creature, the Maguai-pet, and warned readers to mind the heedful 'wisdom' of not experimenting with 'liberal' care when tending to the needs/consciousness of a 'being' of seemingly unknown heat.

ESMERELDA: "The greatest thing about Voorhees-shopping is Xmas-safety; for Homeland-Jersey."
