Shiva, Eastern heavens deity of meditation/destruction, and Durga, Eastern heavens deity of governance/wisdom (and Shiva's beloved wife!) conferred together about the modern Earth-world problem of dowry (Indian custom wedding gift of treasure/fortune value afforded by the bride's family to the groom) related deaths/murders (drawn by 'dissatisfaction' by the groom's family regarding the size/value of the bride family's dowry appeal) in the East. Shiva/Durga decided to investigate a special case involving a newly married Indian couple living in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom), Amlan/Inuyasha, whose respective parent-side families were 'warring' over the dowry-gift, and gave the couple much worry. Shiva/Durga hoped to 'assist' Amlan/Inuyasha and determine the manner of modern social customs (e.g., dowry-practice) and how it affected the modern commerce-life Ego consciousness of citizenry of Earth in the emerged age of capitalism/fortune driven social-media commentary regarding the spirituality of politics/culture.

Amlan, an Indian Catholic Dartmouth (Ivy) grad from North America, moved to Belfast (Northern Ireland) with his wife Inuyasha following their lavish New England wedding, which involved the nice dowry-gift from Inuyasha's bride-side family to Amlan's parents; and was now being 'pestered' by his own parents regarding the weight/density of the dowry-gift. You see, Amlan's parents considered Inuyasha's family-dowry gift somewhat not impressive and hoped to 'express' this dissatisfaction in the Indian news, and this made Amlan reach-out to Catholic citizenry of Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) for Earth-world social-life/culture 'ideations' on the commentary regarding customs/marriage.
