Jack {The Car}

A spirit-risking religious man seeks a demonic auto for an exposition on man's 'link' to pure haste.

A 'cool' Saturday-AM adaptation of Christine (Stephen King). Enjoy,

Amlan Satan had a very special but 'dark' gift referring to the spirit of a garage-made or enhanced automobile. He'd infuse the car with a special demon-consciousness with his incantation ability, making him something of a 'wizard-engineer' and car-thief. He shared this gift with others on social-media but as a joke so as not to expose his terrifying secret!

Well, one day, Satan had a very special customer who wished to receive one of his 'gift' enhanced cars for his North American cross-continent road-trip/drive. This foolish man, who read Satan's social-media comment(s), hoped the gifted 'wizard' of darkness would afford him a nice 'classic' modern-era Accord with a spiked spirit inside so as to jolt him with a special energizer-boost. This man, a priest in Boston named Father Spitzer, visited Satan's Auto-Repair center in North America one Saturday AM.

SPITZER: I wish to acquire a nice Accord, perhaps gold in pure color, Mr. Satan.
AMLAN: I'll build you the car; surprised by your enthusiasm, Father; alright!
SPITZER: Seems you're 'shocked' a priest, a Catholic-man, wants a haunted car.
AMLAN: Hey, you believe me and in me; that's all the info I (really) need (ha).
SPITZER: Thanks, Mr. Satan.
AMLAN: Not a problem; just don't share this secret; I didn't do this for you.
SPITZER: Of course not.

The car Satan built Father Spitzer, a nice gold Accord from a used-chasse and restored and enhanced engine with new and some reworked internal parts and nice inserted cool Tandy stereo, was a pure spectral treasure of modern superstition. He named it Jack.

FATHER SPITZER: This is (surely) worth a social-media commentary/comparison (wow).

Why'd Father Spitzer, a Catholic-man of good standing in his New England church/community, seek this 'haunted-specter' car from this evil wizard in his auto-care center in North America (Amlan Satan)? Perhaps his faith was jaded and his 50s-age bracket drove him to seek something wild/bloody. Whatever the reason, Spitzer now owned a demon-possessed Accord made by Satan himself and zoomed it to the Garden State Parkway.

DIARY (Spitzer): "I've caused about 10 accidents now in the American highway, and I'm to wonder if this mid-life energizer mission of mine has drawn me to a revelation about the AntiChrist or a simple personal/secret and veiled nihilistic antisocial dark consciousness regarding the Homeland road's heading."

Two years later, we find our damned protagonist antihero Spitzer become a man of soul-swallowed sin and evil, allowing his Accord of darkness, named 'Jack' with sinister aura, and seeking a form of incomplete 'hardship' image. Father Spitzer had abandoned his faith and become a 'servant' of Jack the car. This brought him a new 'artistic' view of complete soul-exploration and drew him to the visions of many-a-past man of war/high-art.

DIARY (Spitzer): "I've acquired a copy of Hobbes Leviathan, a treatise on the human mind's nature of rebelliousness and the spirit of experimentation it may 'invent' as it negotiates those 'watery' contours between governance engineering and revision hours...and I owe this dark and inventive 'hellmouth' curiosity (purely) to Jack-the-car; I'm only wondering (now) of the heading of (my) fate."

"Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
