I was happily living in a small Southern Jersey town called Voorhees, and on a street named Van Buren in a development-area of residential living called Echelon as Independence-Day neared in the summer of 2023 when my life was about to become much more of a superstition-oriented capitalism-race examination! Follow along.

I'd been working on a special comic book storyline, being a work-from-home (Catholic) writer and 'avid-fan' of Batman (DC Comics) and hoped to craft a tale in which the iconic 'dark-knight' masked vigilante was romanced by his one-time rival (villainess) Talia when she discovered her son (Damian) would love Batman's collection of sports-market treasures for patriotism for July-4th. However, I started sharing this story-idea with my friends on social-media which changed my life on Van Buren (Voorhees!).

This life changed for me in Echelon/Voorhees on my Van Buren street when I discovered a new schoolteacher who moved to our 'quaint' Southern Jersey town/area, a woman named Esmerelda, who commented on social-media that she loved my Batman-Talia sports-media 'Romanticism' concept/notion and shared with her teacher-girlfriend(s) on social-media her newfound post-9/11 era Homeland (American) 'fascination' with patriotism-storyboards (wow).

EZZY (Esmerelda): Might I entreat you to an online game of Othello, prince?
ME: Sure; that's excellence; but why'd you like Othello, or link it to Batman/Talia?

EZZY: I'm trying to romance you, as you're crafting your capitalism-activity borders-tale.

ME: That's outgoing; alright (I loved Othello!).

I took her to New Yong's Village (restaurant) in Eagle-Plaza (Voorhees) on my b-day (June 13!) and told her I'd like her to share Independence-Day with me, perhaps to visit my Van Buren home and take a photo with my flag/flowers on the porch my mom helped me decorate, to 'spice' and ornament our South Jersey storytelling image (hmm).

EZZY: Why, I'd like to help you with that (certainly), prince!

ME: Cool; that's excellence; I'm getting a 'funny' feeling there's a catch (in this).

EZZY: Well, yeah...there is...I want you to read a book from one of my class lessons.

ME: Howard Zinn?
EZZY: It'll add and complement/compliment your Batman-Talia capitalism tale.

ME: This all sounds like superstition, no?
EZZY: No, no; Batman-Talia need a 'politics' edge for a capitalism-sports angle.

ME: Alright!

I listened to Ezzy and added some neo-democratic 'concepts' about Batman-Talia working together for a defense of a Phillies-Cubs baseball 'event' near July-4th requiring them to embrace some of the modern Homeland (American) media-culture/flowery surrounding the 'superstitions' of folk activity 'linked' to sports and modern American fantasy (for all).

EZZY: A children's comics doodle (Batman-Talia) to complement your Zinn-tale?

ME: Yes; in fact, this will offer a nice 'sideshow-youth' image for capitalism-defense.

EZZY: Well, this has certainly been a 'creative' relationship for us (no?).

ME: Excellence, Esmerelda; in fact, this children's doodle will add Jersey-Crown.

EZZY: Alright.

That's what I did, and I got great reviews on the image-loaded comics-tale about Batman-Talia and their shared son (Damian) following their Romanticism July-4th adventure in the Homeland. Esmerelda (Ezzy) loved the cyber-comics tale too and shared it in her school for class and we got married one year later, and two years later had a son (Damian!) and 10-years later, I bought him a 'classic' sports-media/market capitalism-race 'class' treasure-image piece, a very cool American Homeland new millennium college-athletics/sportsmanship 'hologram-card' of an iconic program of education/competition ('Blue-Devils') reflecting a Western fascination with all things...superstitious (wow).
