A fun summer adaptation of the excellent school-culture/psyche dramedy Rushmore (Bill Murray), which I think you'll like,

Amlan Satan was super-excited to become the new Catholic private school (11th-grade) English/literature teacher in the post-9/11 era Homeland, offering his students a 'fresh' look at how capitalism-race life offered key superstition-oriented fortune-life tales imprinted onto classic works like Treasure Island and An American Tragedy, drawing in interest from modern intelligentsia/educators on social-media commenting on the quality of 'rosey' handshakes.

AMLAN SATAN: So pleased to be your new language-arts/writing/literature/English teacher here at our fine Catholic/Homeland private-institution (Rushmore) and look forward to finding great folks in this area for a social-media culture flowery in commentary and handshakes for a modern 'view' of accessible Romanticism...and Rationalism!

Despite this ebullience in new-school energy, Mr. Satan was shocked to discover that his beloved/new Catholic private-school of learning and student-energy (Rushmore) was receiving a key 'high-toast' social-media ringtone of trustee-advisory from a 'world-famous' diamond-marketing Wall Street celebrity (Richard Finch) who'd been 'likened' to various big-time movie-characters of an American lens for celebrity/baron status.

MR. SATAN: "Perhaps Rushmore will get a good hand from Mr. Finch, this 'latest' American tycoon who might offer us a 'cool' endorsement for a new set of 'vintage' edition/copies of a work of capitalism-reflection (I think) will 'equally' offer some Rushmore-tied 'movie-house' fantasy (for all) --- The Great Gatsby (F. Scott Fitzgerald)!"

Well, all looked rather 'keen' for Rushmore's new idealist and eccentric teacher of great literature/capitalism reflection, Mr. Amlan Satan, who decided to 'route' his appeal and popularity on social-media with a handshake-mosaic of photos toasting the Catholic-school investment in library-furnishings and school-uniform excellence (hmm).

JOURNAL (Amlan Satan): Distribution of these fun colored patriotism-themed comics for our (Rushmore) students should prove to be an 'art' inspiration' for the post-9/11 era Homeland 'environment' offering a social-media culture 'superstition' regarding the hyperboles behind modern 'adventure' lore and strength/honor codes of lightweight education/games/research!

JOURNAL (Amlan Satan): Well, the introduction in my life of this new local schoolteacher who works with inner-city multicultural grade-school youngsters (Shelbye Shah), a gorgeous lady-bird from the Far-East who moved to the Homeland for an education-view of all that's Romanticism for an education-board/culture, and I'm 'hypnotized' by her charms and special teacher-face, but I've just discovered she's 'dating' that tycoon-rosebud (Richard Finch), and I'm now feeling some 'modest-angst' while posting about education-romance on social-media (darn).

SHELBYE: Catholic (Rushmore) pins/badges of memorabilia/sentimentalism, Amlan?
SATAN: Of course, Ms. Shah; I'd hoped to win your hand...but I'll settle for your respect(s).

SHELBYE: I'm in love with Richard (Finch), Mr. Satan (you know!).

SATAN: I know that, Shelbye...I'm fishing for a Catholic-prestige level here.

SHELBYE: You're so young (at heart)...maybe 'too' young (for me I mean).

SATAN: I won't let this 'schism' in the mind destroy my education-energy.

SHELBYE: That's very mature (of you).

SATAN: It's all good...I'm just considering reconnecting with my old-flame on social-media.

SHELBYE: Thanks for the pins (and your sweetness!); I'll keep these pins.

SATAN: Excellence...but I'll grab one of those (for my lost-love).

SHELBYE: Cool.

Rushmore had offered Amlan Satan a view of all that had become education respect(s) and self-made honors/composure, despite his 'sudden' turn in romance/regret/rejection from the lovely Shelbye Shah, and though he didn't resent all the public-image hue of that high-tycoon (Richard Finch), he'd find a 'secret' way to channel that 'angst' into a Rushmore-view for what makes the Homeland great --- fuel for heavens.
