Amlan Satan ('Storm-Shadow') had become a special blood-diamond smugglers-highways insurance-veils 'heat' in North America and was assigned to a special case (New England) involving a 'damsel' of media-culture tied with gem-ads/markets on Western-TV and would offer something extra credit for social-media 'personality' in consumerism-lifestyle commentary/hyperbole (hmm).

STORM-SHADOW: "This woman I'm to track and monitor will be nicknamed 'Raphael' (Interpol-relation?) files, and I might consider the modern capitalism-chess value of linking her with some media-culture 'figurine' (perhaps a movie-actress with a special magazine-culture ad 'lingo' for post-9/11 era Homeland 'ritual' confidence for all)."

Well it'd become 'certainly' true that the post-9/11 era Earth would require 'extra credit' home-work for securities/confidence in media-life and culture and commerce traffic, and that's why Storm-Shadow 'recruited' a media-figure to link to 'Raphael' for this gem-ad insurance veils operation (New England) and linked a 'wily' Sydney opera theater with the media-figure to Raphael's hand-fiction to cast her as a 'hologram' of distancing capitalism modeling, so as to draw out any 'tracker' working to tie Raphael to blood-diamond finances threatening modern world-traffic/lifestyle infrastructure (and high-towers!).
